Welcome to 50 Shades of Blue, where the sunrise and sunset views will keep you excited to drink morning coffee on the large deck to sipping evening drinks on the 2nd and 3rd decks for evening sunsets! Bring your camera! This approx 2000 square foot home sits on an oversized corner lot in the heart of Port Aransas!

You'll pull up to ample parking (depending on vehicle size, easily fit 6-8 vehicles and/or golf carts and/or boats).

Guests can rent a golf cart from Coastal Eds! We encourage you to book the golf cart with Coastal Eds as soon as possible, we cannot guarantee availability if you choose to delay booking.

Head upstairs to the 2nd floor to an absolutely stunning chef's kitchen! This open space has a kitchen island, lots of cabinets and countertop space and all of the modern conveniences needed and wanted to prep, cook, serve and dine for 10! These countertops, we can't even explain how gorgeous they are, so you'll just have to book and check them out!

Adjoining the kitchen in this large open space is a dining table and chairs, another table top with 2 bar stools that easily slide out, an oversized sofa (pull out sleeper), and 2 doorways out to large balconies/decks. Both have outdoor seating, and one has the grill and cornhole game. Enjoy party lights into the evening!

On this 2nd floor, there are also 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full-size washer and dryer. One bedroom is a king bed with private bathroom. The other bedrooms is a queen bed (can be folded into 2 twins if preferred but it will be made as a queen bed), and the oversize bean bag can also fold out to a queen size floor type mattress. This room also has the washer and dryer in the closet which leads to another bathroom.

The top floor (also the 3rd floor) has the private master retreat only - king size bed, desk, walk in closet, private balcony/deck, and a large spa like bathroom with dressing area, 2 sinks, oversized shower and oversized soaking tub. All with beautiful finishes and decor!

This home has all of the features you need and want to have a comfortable and convenient stay and the bonus is that everything is brand new and beautiful! You'll make 50 Shades of Blue your stay for every Port Aransas trip!

- Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
- Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- This home allows up to 2 dogs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Please note that the maximum occupancy includes infants and babies. Ensure that the total number of guests, including little ones, adheres to the specified occupancy limit.

Parking Details:
- Depending on vehicle size, 6-8 vehicles can easily fit in the driveway
- Golf car parking is allowed.
- Boat parking is allowed.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
