Cette maison est située directement sur l'eau AVEC SON PROPRE EmbarcadÚre privatif, table de billard, Téléviseur grand écran et un bain à remous sur le pont!

CECI EST LA LOCATION refuge parfait ... grand bain à remous privé, pelouse, grande terrasse avec barbecue, table de jardin, chaises, chaises.

QUATRE trÚs privé de grandes suites de chambre - chacune avec sa propre salle de bain - deux à l'étage et deux en bas ... Et deux des chambres ont des cheminées! Il y a aussi une mezzanine. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis.

Trois cheminées, 3 téléviseurs à grand écran, 2 lecteurs DVD, lecteur CD, une table de billard et de jeux de hockey sur glace. La maison est garni avec des films, des jeux de société, jouets, livres et.

Beautiful home!

This house was beautiful! The pictures don’t fully do it justice. Very nice updated kitchen with lots of space. Very nice views of the small pond behind the residence. Short distance to town and to heavenly. Would definitely stay here again

Perfect for Family Time

Great location in South Tahoe, close to town. Our teenagers had a blast with the game tables when not skiing! Home allowed us to share family time cooking and having the kids play games. Trish is amazingly responsive and makes genuine effort for guests to enjoy their home.

Week on the water.

We came from two states with two boats to spend a week on the water with family and friends. The location is excellent with easy access to the main lake via boat. The backyard is fully fenced in if you're bringing your dog - a great feature! There was plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms for all (although what looked like a room full of beds in the listing was actually an open loft with a ladder to access - fun if you're a kid but not so much for young adults). The owner was very responsive to any communication and overall our stay was great. A few small issues: 1. The boat dock could use a little TLC as the lights were all out/broken (but still live, we got shocked), some of the cleats were unusable, and apparently it is a shared dock so you might have someone cutting through the backyard to get to their boat? 2. Some of the dining chairs need to be fixed or replaced. The legs were so wobbly, one person in our group actually fell backwards when they sat (they did not get hurt). Overall we had a great week!

Trisha was awesome to communicate with and was quick to respond to any questions I had

The property was more than we could have asked for anything you needed to feel at home was provided the kitchen didn’t lack a single utensil needed , the coziness was immediately felt when you walk in the door the family spent a lot of time in the game room and we all really enjoyed the view form every room the home was decorated for the season and we were able to put up a tree (our first fake one) this made our holiday dreams come true we would stay here again my grandson (3 years old) now calls it the Tahoe house

Wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday

From the beginning to the end of the process, Patricia was very responsive to all my questions. My family and dog throughly enjoyed our time at this house. From my husband and sons playing pool and ping pong to our dog enjoying the snow and ice and simply watching the ducks and geese’s in the water.

Amazing home and location

We had such a great time and Pat kept in touch letting us know about the property and amenities. We rented paddle boats and kayaks and were able to just walk out to the deck and boat around the keys all day. Everyone was able to have a room with its own bathroom and the house was very spacious, even with a little loft area. We went and got passes to go to the private beach and it was beautiful and we were the only ones there. Loved this place so much, and would stay there again and again.

Wonderful home in beautiful location

We have stayed at multiple locations around Lake Tahoe and this was one of the nicer places we have had the privilege to stay. The Tahoe Keys area is full of high end homes with direct access to the water. The home provided plenty of room for our family of eight and allowed us all to gather in the large dining/family room area but also allowed for each of us to retreat to our respective bedroom for that quiet time that we all need. Highly recommend.

Amazing Weekend

We had an amazing time at Trisha's property. Well maintained and clean property. Lots of space to hang out. Wish we had some chairs in the downstairs outdoor area but other than that, everything was great! Definitely one of our favorite properties we've stayed at in Lake Tahoe.

Lakefront home

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. The home had some repair issues but the view of the lake channel made up for the warped flooring and the other minor problems.

Great time

The house is located in a beautiful community with breathtaking views of the mountains and lake. The house is a lovely two-story home. There were lots of activities, a pool table, a poker set which the guys enjoyed, foosball and a hot tub. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset each evening. The property is conveniently located next to everything you would need. The house was clean and well organized. The kitchen was a good size and funt to cook in. Overall our stay was fabulous with no complaints. We would love to come and revisit this location in the Summer!!

So happy

Overall we are very happy with our stay. It was snowing so absolutely beautiful. It has 2 natural fireplaces downstairs so we had to go buy some wood. My favorite part is how there are plenty of bathrooms. Every room pretty much has its own bathroom. Minus the updates master has to share with the loft. When you have such a big house with a large group not having to share a bathroom is so nice. I only have one little complaint is the dishes were dirty that were put away. I’m thinking the people who stayed before us forgot to run the dishwasher so dirty dishes got put away. Other than that we are all very happy. It has a early check out time of 10am when most places are 11am when we stayed their in the past. But seem flexible if you want to extend that time.

Okay place, but had bed bugs*

We chose this place for a family reunion and were really excited. The house itself can't be in a better place in Tahoe and everyone, including the kids, had huge smiles the whole time. The multi-level layout was super cool and my and my two adult cousins took the loft. The kitchen was newly remodeled and the yards were well-maintained. The dock was amazing and we put it to good use with swimming and a boat rental. The owners review of me (which I uave not read yet) may be mostly accurate. Various family members from the area decided to show up and I could not really turn them away. We ended up maxxing out the sleeping arrangements and some of my relatives haven't grown up as much as I had hoped. The kids broke a few things and we left the house in a state I was not proud of. After we left, my cousin saw dots all over her body and went to the doctor and it was verified she had bed bugs. She wasn't positive it was from the house but then her daughter, my sister, and her daughter all later developed them. They were there for five total nights. I sent a cautionary message to the manager about it but received no response. I sent a later one more strongly worded and I received a terse response that denied any responsibility. I guess the jury is out, but those two have no doubt about where they got them. All in all, we had a great vacation and we'll remember it that way but it did have an unhappy aftermath.

Great house for a group

We enjoyed our stay. The decorations around the house were a bit old school, but quirky and fun. Be aware the 5th bedroom is the sleeping loft with several smaller beds that is open to the living area. You climb up a ladder to get to it, but serves it's purpose of accommodating a large group. Hot tub was great. Management company was helpful and responsive. Tahoe Keys was a great place to stay that is far enough away from the bustle of the rest of South Lake, but an quick, easy drive to get access to the restaurants, bars, cafes, and stores of South Lake. Be aware they have strict noise ordinances and parking rules with patrols in the neighborhood. You'll get plenty of notice about it prior to your stay and during check in, but Tahoe Keys won't be the best place for a rowdy group trying to party into the night. Great stay overall.
