This spacious townhome features two primary bedrooms, a wraparound deck, and a fully stocked kitchen equipped with baby-friendly utensils, a high chair, and baby entertainment toys. Families will love the thoughtful extras, including various-size life vests and beach floaties for lakeside fun. Themed rooms add a unique touch, with a vibrant Jamaica room and a nautical-themed room downstairs, a beachy-themed room, and a magical Harry Potter room upstairs, complete with Harry Potter robes in various sizes for dress-up fun.
This home does not have air conditioning.

This home can host a maximum of 10 adults and up to 2 children under 13 years of age, this applies 24/7. It offers comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 12.

Tahoe stay at Christmas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay as a party of 8 including a toddler and an infant. There was plenty of room and space for the kids given there were wet days and we had to stay indoors on some days. The location of the accommodation was perfect and gorgeous. The furniture and amenities in the accommodation were dated although and could be improved upon - The TV for example wasn’t a smart one and bathrooms were bare-bone, coffee machines were not the cleanest, mattresses in master suites were uncomfortable and too soft etc. However the staff were super responsive. We had some issues with our locks and they helped troubleshooting instantly to fix it. They were also readily available to answer any questions on text instantly. Hot tubs were well maintained. Overall our stay was wonderful and we look forward to being back again.

Checkin was easy, only thing the kitchen was missing was more larger dinner plates, only were 2 large plates to use. Great views of sunset and access to beach. Only low points would be the extremely loud fan in the 2nd floor bathroom. It would wake everyone up during the night. Also the sap on the deck, chairs and benches, would recommend bringing those cheap table covers

Fabulous Tahoe Beachfront Home

This home enabled my entire family to spend a long weekend together, ages 18 months to 76 years old in a lakefront home on the shore of Lake Tahoe.We all had plenty of comfy beds with great bed linens & pillows. Bathrooms were stocked with plenty of thick towels, soap, shampoo & conditioner.The galley kitchen is full of everything you need and a grocery store (Whole Foods) is right across the street. Many restaurants are within walking distanceThe outside deck with chairs is perfect for watching kids on beach and taking in beautiful unobstructed lake view. We even discovered a closet full of life jackets for a variety of ages.The views are magical and magnificent!!!! We will definitely do a revisit!!! Pure joy!

Beautiful view, great location

We went to Lake Tahoe with 4 couples and had a great stay! We got in late the first night so we went to Whole Foods just across the street and got 2 pizzas and salads from the salad bar and bought a few other staples as we only stayed 2 nights. The view from the upstairs master bedroom floor to ceiling windows was phenomenal! Gave 4 stars bc the pocket door to the master bathroom was filthy but the rest of the place was clean. We went in May so water was cold but a couple of guys from our group put their feet in the water, can walk right into the water from the condo! We enjoyed the fire pits right next door to the condo and the pier for watching the sunsets!Close proximity to Heavenly Village shopping, casinos and hiking!We went to Hell’s Kitchen the next night, would recommend!We would all recommend this condo for a long or short stay!

Wonderful lake view home

The house we chose was 6 bedroom, 5 baths because we had a group of 11 family members celebrating a 90th birthday. The location was great with lake views and plenty of room for our group. The kitchen was well equipped and the location was close to grocery stores and casinos if that's your thing.

Wonderful stay

The location and the room configurations were what sold me on this property. Many properties have rooms with bunk beds etc and we had 5 adult couples. This was perfect.

Loved our stay!

You can’t beat the location! The house was perfect for our family. Parking was a bit of a hassle and I imagine would be difficult during peak season. Saw a bear daily. Communication was great with property manager. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Great Place For a Family Vacation

Excellent house near the water

Really fine facilities that allowed me and some friends to stay in the Tahoe area in excellence. The house is a little close to other houses and the beach is a little crowded but other than that this house has it all: great views, comfortable areas, well equipped kitchen, beach and board games, parking, eyc.

Plenty of room for 3 couples for our Yosemite exploration. Home is in a lake development so we also rented kayaks to explore and spend some time on the water.

FABULOUS!!! In every way!!!

The photographs of the home and views don't even do it justice!! I was fortunate enough to have the grand suite, and the views were breathtaking!! The location is perfect!! The lake is right outside the sliding door, Ski run Blvd is a five-minute walk and the casinos are only a 15-minute walk. The home is stocked with everything you could possibly want! Each year we pick a new place for our ladies' reunion, however; next year, we're picking the same place. This one!!

Outstanding location

Beautiful property. quiet and peaceful and views of lake; best equipped kitchen of all the places we have rented, really appreciated the things provided for a toddler. The RNR property managers were extremely thoughtful. Texted almost every day to see if we needed anything! Information for future renters: The champagne sunset cruise was a disappointment. There are other similar tours that I believe would be better. If you can, be sure to take the boat trip to Thunderbird Lodge. Our 20 year olds really liked being so close to casinos and night life. The property pictures make all rooms seem a little larger than they are. But most are still great. The third floor bedroom and bath are tiny! Probably ok for small children, however the stairs to it are somewhat difficult. All in all I give this property a 5 star rating.

Horrible, wouldn’t recommend

It was so horrible, dirty everywhere, dust everywhere, the bedding had smell. The pictures showed the house as roomy but it was so tiny, not enough space for our family of 10. I expected jacuzzi at our place but it was public. We had to walk far to parking, which in result ended up with couple members falling on the slippery ice since we stayed in winter. In the description ot was never said it was a community but it was so u will have nextdoor/wall naighbors. We didnt have privacy from our backyard, people would always stear inside our place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home! Fantastic location! Our only complaints have nothing to do with the house itself. There are a lot of geese that hang out on the beach and around the property! Although they’re beautiful, they poop everywhere! While walking on the beautiful beach, we were constantly stepping in geese poop! The walkways were also covered in geese poop, which was never cleaned up in the week we were there. The only other complaint was sap from the tree right outside the home. The sap got everywhere, including the deck, our kayaks, and most importantly our feet and shoes, which was very problematic when going in and out of the home. Both complaints are minor, but made for a bit of a bummer! Lastly, there was a very large bear roaming around the property. It made us very nervous with our young grandchildren! All in all, we loved our stay and will definitely stay there again!!
