Our custom home is located in the quaint town of Paso Robles near over 300 wineries and all the beautiful California Central Coast has to offer! Very close to wineries and downtown Paso Robles. A 5 minute drive and an easy 20 minute walk to the City Park with amazing restaurants, wine tasting rooms, breweries and lovely boutique shops. Close to many of Paso’s over 300 wineries! In 30 minutes you can be in San Luis Obispo and all the beautiful Central Coast beaches. Our custom home was completed in August 2023 on one acre of land in a quiet neighborhood called Almond Springs Estates. We chose this location for the VIEW and close proximity to downtown Paso. Lots of custom woodwork, granite countertops and hardwood flooring throughout the main part of the house. Plush carpeting in the bedrooms. Our yard is beautifully landscaped with native drought resistant plants, a waterfall, dry riverbed with amazing views! Soak in the brand new hot tub steps from primary suite.Sit by the fire pit to enjoy the views and listen to the waterfalls. We have furnished our home with many beautiful unique wood pieces along with comfortable sofas and beds. There is a 65” tv over the gas fireplace. The great room opens to the gorgeous chef’s kitchen and dining room. Everything you will need to create fabulous meals are provided. As a retired Chef I know what a cook needs! There is a large laundry room off the kitchen and half bath, with new state of the art appliances. A short hallway from the great room is a dual sink guest bath with tub and shower combination. Next are 2 guest bedrooms, both with comfortable queen beds. The primary bedroom has a king bed, large reading chair, and amazing views. Remote controlled blinds make it easy to adjust your lighting. The primary en-suite bathroom offers a large glass enclosed shower, freestanding bathtub and dual sinks. And yes views from here too with another remote controlled blind! A custom designed walk in closet rounds out the primary suite. The backyard has a dining table seating 8, all chairs with swivels and a 5 seat sofa and chair combo around the fire pit. Two turf areas for games such as bocce ball, washers and bags. A pro grade Blaze bbq is on the patio for your cooking pleasure. Come and enjoy our beautiful home for a month or several!
