Super endroit. Belle maison décontractée et confortable dans un quartier très souhaitable et calme, à proximité des commerces, des banques, etc., mais toujours super calme. À 5 minutes à pied du parc Centennial et vous vous retrouverez à vous promener au milieu de magnifiques chênes. Vous vous sentirez comme un local parmi des voisins très gentils. Si vous jouez au tennis, les courts du parc sont gratuits. Petit chien bienvenu.
Montez à vélo et partez à la découverte du centre-ville attrayant ou même de certains établissements vinicoles (environ 3,5 km)
Intérieur spacieux et bien entretenu bien entretenu avec une belle cour arrière.
Il y a 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain complètes (avec 1 chambre à coucher et salle de bain complète à l'étage principal), salon, salle à manger et salle familiale. Jardin paysagé, enrouler autour du patio. Petite grille dans la cour.
Les trois salles de bains ont été joliment remodelées et les sols sont faciles à entretenir, ainsi que les planchers en bois franc, les comptoirs en granit de la cuisine et des salles de bain.
Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée, même un petit cellier pour vos vins Paso!

C'est notre lieu de vacances préféré et facile à entretenir.
Aménagement paysager résistant à la sécheresse et gazon artificiel, particulièrement facile à nettoyer après les amis à fourrure. Petit bain à remous.
Cette maison est lumineuse et confortable. Il y a la télévision et Internet disponible. Un bureau pour travailler dans la chambre à l'étage.
Vous pouvez facilement accéder à tous les meilleurs établissements vinicoles en quelques minutes et explorer les restaurants gastronomiques du centre-ville.
Paso Robles est à environ une demi-heure de la côte, qui comprend Morro Bay (la ville côtière la plus proche), Cayucos, Cambria, Avila et Pismo Beach. Il y a aussi le lac Nascimiento à explorer.
Nous vivons dans la région de la Baie, nous vous accueillerons à Paso et nous pourrons ensuite discuter avec vous par téléphone.

Great location

Cute, clean place well located. Our dogs enjoyed the nice backyard and the Centennial Trail located around the corner. Easy access to 101 and about 2 miles from the downtown square.

Perfect Paso rental

Everything was perfect - the house, the yard, the comfortable furnishings, the incredibly well-equipped kitchen, the proximity to downtown Paso and the wine country. Communication with the owner was easy and incredibly responsive. We’ll be back!

A Pleasant Visit to Paso Robles

The home was comfortable and homey as advertised. We were able to entertain our family comfortably for special events. The owner was open and efficient addressing issues quickly as they occur and was helpful with local questions. The home is centrally located for shopping, downtown and winery visits. A pleasant visit!

Excellent Property

5 weeks of wonderful experiences. Home is fully furnished, spacious and yet still cozy. Easy access to various sights. Owner very responsive to my few needs. Beds were comfortable. Lovely backyard. Very quiet neighbor hood. Lovely welcome gift of wine and goodies - very thoughtful. I would highly recommend this rental.

Escape From Minnesota Winter

We had a wonderful time escaping the Minnesota winter during our two month stay in Paso Robles. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. It was the perfect location for our many day trips to explore the region around us. We enjoyed hikes along the beach, viewing Monarch butterflies, experiencing the surreal landscape of the Carrizo Plain, and learning about the history of the missions. Perhaps we will visit a winery or two the next time we visit. We extend a huge thank you to Geraldine and her neighbors for allowing us the opportunity to stay in the wonderful VRBO.

Third year 2+month stay and still wonderful

Lovely large home close to Centennial Park and walking paths. Close to Albertsons, Walmart and Kohls for shopping. Easy access to highway 46 and 101. Bedrooms and baths are large and well supplied. You need bring nothing for the kitchen as it is FULLY equipped with everything from a Cuisinart combo air fryer to espresso maker. The yard is lovey and a nice place to sit outdoors privately. You really feel like you are in your own comfortable well maintained fully stocked home. Thank you again Geraldine for a happy stay. Bonnie and John

wonderful time in Paso

Geraldine was a wonderful host. She greeted us with a welcome basket of goodies and regularly stayed in touch. When we had a problem with the garbage disposer her handyman replaced it the next day. The property was just as pictured. The furnishing were tasteful and comfortable. It had every gadget you could imagine. If only all her neighbors maintained their property as nicely as Geraldine does hers. There is plenty to do beyond wine tastings.... excellent restaurants, good golf, wonderful concert venue. The Warbird and auto museums are a hidden gem. The Senserio light art display is not to be missed. Overall, a wonderful month in Paso.

Wonderful extended stay in Paso!

Geraldine is the most thoughtful and responsive host! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Handy location with easy access to three grocery stores and just a short drive into downtown Paso. Also a great location to visit all that the central coast has to offer. We loved our coastal days spent in Cambria, Morro Bay, Cayucos, and more. We spent three months in the winter, so had the pleasure of viewing the birthing and mating of the elephant seals, quite an experience. We worked remotely, and the wi-fi was fast and dependable. We also really enjoyed the close proximity to the Centennial Trail walking path. We walked with our dog on the path every day (thank you, Geraldine, for welcoming our dog!) The kitchen is very well stocked, the master bed is very comfortable. The house has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Thank you, Geraldine, for sharing your beautiful home!

Another wonderful three months in Paso Robles

For the second year in a row, we stayed for three summer months in Geraldine's beautiful Paso Robles home. The house is perfectly clean, well-stocked with every imaginable kitchen tool, glassware and dishes plus loads of bedding and towels. The washer/dryer are large capacity and newer and convenient in the hallway. The mattresses are comfortable and the air-conditioning works beautifully. The backyard and patio are set-up for out door comfort and the gas BBQ is large, clean and 1 year old. It is located in a nice neighborhood with Centennial Park and walking path 1/2 a block away. There are two supermarkets within a 1/2 mile and a larger shopping center a mile and a half down the road. It is central to local wineries and a short drive to downtown Paso, the city park and loads of shopping and great restaurants...favorites are Catch, Pappy McGregor's and Fish Gaucho with Ian McPhees in Templeton to round out great meals. We loved our stay and great interaction and caring from the wonderful owner. Bonnie and John

A perfect home for a long stay

We can't say enough good things about our long stay here while house hunting in the Paso area. Very comfortable and well stocked with dishes, linens, and all modern conveniences. Spacious master bedroom and bath with comfortable king bed and his & her walk in closets. Attractive furnishings and decor - comfortable and easy to clean. Wonderful back yard for morning coffee or dinner under the stars - complete with hot tub, heat lamp, and hammock. Great location in a friendly neighborhood with nearby Centennial Park. Loved walking the trail through the park. Best of all was the friendly and efficient response to any questions or needs. Geraldine was the best host imaginable. We will always remember this house fondly! Five stars all the way!

Great house! Great location! Great host!

We stayed in this house for 4 months, and couldn't be happier. The house is very comfortable and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and appliances. The master bedroom is a dream - very spacious, his and her closets, luxurious double sink bathroom. We loved evenings in the backyard enjoying the sunset view. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes from the downtown square, and a short walk to Centennial Park. Geraldine is a wonderfully friendly and responsive host. When something needed attention, she took care of it right away. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Fabulous Stay!!

Geradine and John are truly wonderful hosts. They are extremely responsive and accommodating who bent over backwards to help make our transition from So Cal to the Central Coast as stress free as possible. House is just as described and very comfortable. Exceeded our needs throughout our three month stay. A++ in all areas. Will definitely keep their place in our "fav's" in the event we ever need overflow accommodations for friends/family who come to visit now we're permanent residents in the Paso area. Great value!

Literally a home away from home. Geraldine and John’s Paso Robles home is very comfortable with a kitchen full of everything you’d need, TV’s in both the king and queen bed bedrooms, living room and family room, and a brand new two seater jacuzzi in the dog friendly fenced in back yard. The master bedroom has two walk in closets so you can fully unpack for your stay, as well as a very nice walk in shower in the spacious bathroom. The other three bedrooms are set up as one queen and two day beds so you can sleep a total of 6 people comfortably. Geraldine and John were very responsive during my stay and anytime I had a question they were back with an answer immediately. All in all a wonderful experience.
