River Front at the River Raven House

This sizeable, stylish house is directly on the river and nestled amongst the beautiful foothills of Sequoia National Park. Splash and swim in the river with the kids or veg out, listening to the sounds of the water nearby.

At 3,000 square feet, the house is large enough to accommodate large families with kids or multiple groups traveling together. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, two living rooms, an office, and plenty of outdoor deck space allow everyone to spread out.

Outside, you will find two large and comfortably furnished decks, a propane BBQ, a seasonal fire pit, an EV charger, and, of course, year-round running water, rocks, and trees for the kids to climb.

The living room, kitchen, and dining area have vaulted ceilings with an open layout. The fully stocked kitchen will meet all your cooking needs, including a coffee grinder/maker, various appliances, pots, pans, and all the works.

A large L-shaped sectional in the living room with a Roku TV is the perfect spot for movies or games. If the adults want to hang out alone, we've got you covered! Just send the kids to the other wing of the house to play ping-pong and watch a movie in the second living room!

The master bedroom, with beautiful views out to the river, has a king bed and an En-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Dual sinks offer you and your partner a little space in the morning.

The second bedroom down the hall has garden views and a king bed.

A second full bathroom is in the hall between bedrooms one and two, easily accessible from the kitchen and living room.

The house has an entire second wing with a door to provide peace if the kids are loud. It has a large, custom-made wooden ping-pong table and a foosball table. There is another living room with a sectional couch, a large-screen TV, a separate bathroom, board games, and a light-filled office.

A mesh network with strong, reliable Wi-Fi coverage allows you to work remotely from the office or anywhere in the house and most of the garden without fear of a dropped or frozen Zoom.

The third bedroom has a Queen bed, a cute stained glass window, and views of the oak trees.

The fourth bedroom, with one twin bed and two trundle beds - twin size, couch cushion bed, makes the perfect dormitory for the kids to all hang out together. (There are a total of 5 twin beds and one cushion twin bed)

For the convenience of our guests, we have now added an EV Charger. The charging system is a Tesla Gen3 Charger—a universal system that allows any vehicle to charge!
