Nestled along the pristine shores of Panama City Beach, our exquisite 3-bedroom corner condo offers the pinnacle of luxury and relaxation. With breathtaking views, upscale amenities, and a prime location, this is the perfect destination for your next beach getaway.
Parking notes: Parking spaces are not dedicated. The parking Lot is outside the building. Guests may park in any spot There is a max of 2 vehicles per unit. No Scooters, Golf Carts, Rentable Mini Vehicles, Boats or Trailers allowed on property. Everyone in the unit must be 25 or older unless a child of a registered guest.

Beautiful and spacious! Panorama windows in the living room/dining area! 2 balconies, large bedrooms, large bathrooms, large laundry room! Great for parents with teens on vacation so everyone still has their own privacy during the stay! Definitely the largest, most spacious condo we have stayed in the last 15 years in PCB! We plan to return soon! Hopefully stay here again! Quiet, less congested end of Thomas Drive, but still walking distance to great food! Gypsea Crepes, Liza’s Kitchen, Schooner’s, and so much more! Sweet Cone Alabama is a 5 min drive as well! Very Clean!! All appliances work well! Check in process was super smooth as well!

Th space was very nice and the views are amazing. The towels were very limited and it wouid have been nice to not have to wash towels every day. The kitchen did not have a sheet pan which made it difficult to make some of the meals we had planned for. There were some bugs in the kitchen as well. Wouid have been nice to have a metal spatula instead of all plastic for cooking. A few of the security workers made it difficult to relax down by the pool with their constent nagging and questioning. Overall we had a great week with the exception of a few minor issues.

We’re sorry about the limited towels, missing sheet pan and metal spatula, the kitchen bugs, and the security interactions that made it hard to relax. We’ve passed your comments to our housekeeping, maintenance, and pest-control teams and will add the missing kitchen items and extra towels to the inventory. Beware - ROACHES! We saw so many of them in our week long stay. The condo is a nice condo and has a beautiful view. However, we had many issues. The dishwasher didn’t work. The dryer was messed up. Lots of lightbulbs were missing. One toilet was not bolted to the floor and was clogged. The floors were so dirty that our feet were black within minutes of being on them. The property manager did take care of all the issues except the roaches and dirty floor, but it was at the expense of two days of our vacation waiting for repairs. We were offered a partial refund if we signed a document saying we would not leave a review and that they could make any charges they saw necessary to the card on file, which we did not sign. We have stayed at Sterling Beach MANY times over the years and love the resort, but we would not rent this particular condo again.

The condo and grounds are beautiful. The guest bedroom with bunks is more suitable for young children. Our group was older and no one felt comfortable getting into the top bunk. The ladder was not stable. The floors appeared clean but on sock feet turned black on the bottom. We saw a roach in one of the kitchen drawers. One of the rocking chairs on the balcony broke and my sister fell backwards onto the floor. I don’t usually write many reviews but did want to express my feelings about a nasty citation from the HOA. When we arrived the parking passes were in the room with the wrong date. I wrote over the top with the correct date. The citation was for not including the year. It was very threatening and stated our car would be towed if we had another violation. That was petty and should have been handled differently! The only other complaint is no snacks at the pool. It’s our custom to have lunch there and maybe ice cream in the afternoon. They do have picnic tables nearby.
