La réserve est notre résidence de vacances spéciale de notre artisan de 4 salles de bains de 4 000 pieds carrés, 3 chambres à coucher, 2. 5. Comprend toutes les commodités ultramodernes, le mobilier le plus raffiné, une cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur, four, cuisinière et machine à glaçons) et une salle à manger. La maison est tout ce qu'il y a de mieux. Avec deux grandes terrasses extérieures, barbecue au gaz, foyer au gaz, entrée sans clé, espace de bureau, buanderie, garage pour deux voitures et salles de bonus à l'étage et au rez-de-chaussée.

La réserve est idéale pour les réunions de famille et les événements. Toutes les chambres disposent de lits queen size, de ventilateurs de plafond et de plafonds voûtés. La grande salle de bonus à l'étage est recouverte de moquette et peut accompagner des matelas pneumatiques de toutes les tailles pour vos invités. La chambre principale est située au niveau principal et comprend un dressing, une salle de bains privative avec double vasque, une douche vitrée et une baignoire à jets. Deux des trois chambres sont situées à l'étage et partagent une salle de bain complète avec une douche vitrée. Un grand parking est disponible dans la grande allée pour les grands groupes.

Les tarifs des chambres n'incluent pas les frais de nettoyage, les frais de dégâts et les taxes sur l'état / l'hébergement.

Mostly everything was provided, plenty of towels, cutlery, utensils, plates, cups, mugs. Communication with the host was absolutely amazing. Super easy to get in contact with him about any questions or inquiries, seemed like a really nice guy. His response time was amazing. Only thing we wish was included that wasn’t was toiletries such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner, only because we forgot ours. Maybe have travel sizes in the bathrooms?

We loved the place. Nice and large and it says it sleeps 10 but it could sleep a lot more. They had two air mattresses that might be a size queen beds. There is so much space for plenty of air mattresses. They had everything we needed. It was clean and we really loved the car garage. We came in at night and they had all the outdoor lights and the hall light on for us when we arrived. We will book again with the owners of this place and maybe this same house. It was great. The owner would respond back with us everytime we texted them with a question. We had a great stay. A 5 star place.

This was a perfect location to spend a weekend for an event at Fall Creek Falls. Subdivision was pretty much empty. At first wasn’t quite sure it was the right place . Wished that the neighborhood store was open. And we were too early in the season to go to the pool.We arrived early and Cliff was able to allow us to check in at noon. Cabin was very clean with the necessary amenities needed. We were hoping that the fire place was located at the deck area.

The building itself was wonderful. It was spacious and well designed with great places for the family to be together or to retreat to their own space, both indoor and outdoor. Mr. Davidson and the rest of the staff were very helpful and responded to all of our questions. The check in procedure was seemless. Our only minor quibbles were the long gravel road to get to the cottage and a lack of a guide to nearby activities. The lack of a guide is probably due to the cottage being remote, which was what they advertised. Our family loved our stay and would highly recommend this place for other families' getaways.

Very enjoyable stay would highly recommend for a peaceful relaxing stay. Well off the beaten path, which was perfect for our family away from all the noise the tourist attractions.

Perfect Family Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed every second of a stay! The house was beautiful, had we needed, plus then some! The pool was simply fabulous, such fun for all of us! Cliff & Lisa were excellent property host, we will definitely rent this property again!

Such a beautiful house and a beautiful location! Perfect place for a large family with plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with all you need for cooking most meals. The Host was very responsive and polite whenever I had a question. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful property!! Very roomy and comfortable inside. Exterior could stand some attention and the Weber grill needs to be replaced...minor issues!

Wonderful home in a secluded community

This home is spacious and wonderful for a large group. We loved that there were not only beds for everyone, but tons of space in the living room and dining room. While in a community, homes were very spaced out and the lots are wooded, so you had privacy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

PERFECT CABIN

This property had everything you would ever need!! Beds were comfortable, kitchen fully equipped, the built in speaker system was great for our family game night. The cabin is in walking distance of the pool which we took advantage of every afternoon after all day hikes. AMAZING VACATION

Nice house in the woods near fall creek falls

Spacious house in a country development, big lots, mostly wooded. Very quiet and dark at night, great star viewing. About 20 min drive to FCF visitor center. Host was very good at communicating. Expansive outdoor decks but in need of renovation.

Peaceful retreat

Family Lake getaway

Came for some family, fishing and fun. Great weekend trip and the house was perfect for our stay. The only negative I had is poor lighting in the drive. There are stairs leading to sidewalk to front porch and cannot be seen at night. We had to use our flashlights to make sure no one fell getting in the house.

Could Have Been Better

Nice home on the inside. Upstairs AC did not cool during entire stay. Made for an uncomfortable time getting ready for a wedding. Sorry, but probably would not rent again.

Perfect Accommodations for Family - Great Location for Area Attractions

We had 5 adults and 3 very excited children for this 4 day getaway (3 generations). The joyous sounds of the children exploring and playing in this home were constant and priceless. The 5 y/o wished we would've rented it for 100 days. Visiting Fall Creek Falls and hiking trails every day was a fantastic experience for all. The fire pit was great on a very chilly night. If you're renting be sure to bring extra TP, paper towels, and Kleenex. Bring laundry soap if you think you'll need it. We would rent it again for sure. The General Store/Restaraunt had some great food and friendly service though they told us immediately we weren't allowed to use the amenities - I assured them we were. She thought we were condo renters and agreed we had access after discussion. We would all recommend this home.
