Room was clean and everything was great. Didn’t have any issues. Cabana Cafe is also a great place to eat on property.

Sufficient; not comfortable

We’ve stayed at Ariel Dunes II before in other units - it is ideally located to amenities and has easy access to the beach w/ beautiful views. This host had excellent communication about check in. The unit is near the elevator for easy in and out. However, you hear the elevators clanging all night long. The unit itself is not comfortable. The pull-out couch is broken and the cushions on the couch and matching chair are so filthy and broken down, there is nowhere to sit or relax. The balcony has a miss-matched set of bar height chairs and low dining table, so you cannot eat, recline or relax on the balcony. The appliances are old and squeak, rattle and clank; ice machine can barely keep up. The bedroom is tiny and has mismatched broken furniture. The cleaning crew is doing the bare minimum as the floors were sandy and filthy the moment we arrived. This unit is rated for 6; we were uncomfortable with 3 and one of those was a 6 year old.

Hi Cheryl, Received your review...Yes The view is just spectacular , one of the better views in that building and I am glad you enjoyed that. The unit itself is a good size for a one bedroom unit Kitchen ,living room, baths hallway are spacious...Bedroom is smaller.See amenities below Just a note ... Condo sleeps four not six, per the listing,one king bed ,two hallway bunks and 1.5 baths with large washer /dryer.. The whole unit is cleaned with cleaner with bleach so the floors might be slightly gritty .. this is to make sure the unit stays nice and clean all the time and the traveler has a pleasant experience to stay there.. The condo is bright ,well lit and super clean.. The pictures depict the unit exactly and the appliances are in good working order .They dont clank and sqeak They are normal working appliances The bedroom with a king bed is on the smaller side but does house everything you need for a comfortable stay .End table , large dresser ,king bed and ample closet off ensuite bath , The sofa and chair are very clean as is everything in the condo , In summary,the traveler gets a beautiful bright clean unit with a spectacular view...and most travelers are very very pleased with the value. Hope you enjoy your future vacations on the beautiful Emerald Coast....
