Just 5 miles from Cortez Beach and a quick drive to Anna Maria Island, Lido Key, Longboat Key, and IMG Academy. Stroll two blocks to Cortez Road for fresh seafood, lively bars, and charming local shops, or walk to GT Bray Park for pickleball and more outdoor fun.

Great rental in an awesome location! This house is close to everything! Shopping, restaurants, and the beach are all nearby The house was clean and tidy when we arrived. Check in was a breeze. It was so nice to have a washer and dryer available as well. Great amenities such as beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, etc for guests to use. The only down side was that this time of year, the pool was almost completely in the shade all day. Definitely not anything the owners could have done anything about. It's where the sun is this time of year, coupled with the fact that the neighbors trees block most of the sun the entire day. The pool was nicely heated, however it was such a bummer it wasn't in the sun really at all.

IMG Gradation

The property is newly renovated. The pictures are a true reflection of the property. I was most impressed with the property owner Ariel. I was having trouble with the Vrbo app upon check in. Ariel immediately gave me a call to make sure I was able to get into the property and everything was okay. The property is perfect for families. It was clean, equip with everything I needed and most importantly I felt safe.

Amazing Stay

My family rented this house for my wedding weekend! Everyone loved the house. The location is perfect, pool was great, and everything was so clean. Hosts were very helpful and responsive! My dad wants to use this house for every single visit!

House was beautiful and accommodating. Very clean and organized. House was most renovated in the entire neighborhood but all the other houses seemed old and dingy and wasn’t too appealing.AMI was apparently only ten minutes away but with traffic took us almost an hour to get to the island and so not super convenient. The house though was comfortable and clean

Great Place to stay!! Excellent Host!

My family enjoyed our stay at this place….it looks just like the pictures and is a nice location only 10 min to the beach! Great for small families! Even visited with a couple neighbors that were very friendly as well!! Will definitely stay again when we come back!

All new professionally done renovations. Nice touches including great fans, soft close drawers, stainless steel appliances. Well stocked kitchen including spices. Heated pool with flamingo floaters. Great spaces for hanging out. Highly recommend, will stay again.

My husband was in Florida working the hurricane and stayed here for over 2 weeks! He said it was a very nice and clean house. The owners added on more days and were very accommodating for us. We definitely recommend!

AMAZING!!!

Home was beautiful, beds were extremely comfortable, easy communication with customer. My son is living in the area so wil most definitely rent this house again. One of the best and easiest VRBO experiences we have ever had. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Cozy home

This house was exactly what we needed! 10 minutes to the beach! The house was so nice and cozy we felt right at home! So much to do in the area. We really had a nice relaxing stay :). Would definitely rent again! Pool was amazing. So nice to have an outdoor shower from when you get back from the beach. Rooms were comfortable and so much space to hang out in for our family of 4. Great place

Exactly as described. Check in in door code left on app- easy to operate. Nice size pool. Very clean and everything appeared updated. Shampoo conditioner and shower gel supplied in the showers- most places give you a roll or 2 of TP per bathroom. They supplied 5, along with detergent pods, dishwasher pods, 2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap ,dish soap/sponge and garbage bags. Towels wash clothes and sheets provided. 4 beach chairs were there, 2 beach mats, beach wagon and coolers. Beach towels were also there. Excellent supplied house so you don’t have to pack as much. Convenient location. Easy drive to Coquina Beach. King size mattress was really comfortable. As far as the others I don’t know. My kids didn’t complain :) new washer/dryer combo. Everything was new and nicely done. I would definitely stay here again. Communication with the owners was also great- signage was up regarding check out process. Literally take out the garbage , start the dishwasher and adjust the thermostat. It was the easiest checkout I have ever done.

Winter Break from Ohio

The house was a perfect fit for our family (plus one). There was plenty of space for everyone and it was very clean. A close drive to beach as stated in the description and it was perfect and exactly what we needed!
