This 3 bedroom/2 bath 1940s bungalow is a great place to relax and unwind with your own resort style backyard. The fully equipped home, located between downtown Bradenton and Anna Maria Island offers fun in every direction. We guarantee you'll want to stay awhile!

Outdoor living at its finest! You'll never want to leave when you hit the heated (when necessary!) private pool, while watching your favorite game from the customized shed bar. Enjoy diner al fresco with an outdoor dining area on the patio. Or practice your putting game then relax with your favorite frosty beverage on the patio. Charcoal grill, 2 chaise lounges, tons of pool chairs and bar stools, beach essentials and plenty of seating for the whole family!

Short and sweet stay

The home was just amazing and perfect for me and my kids. We needed a quick little staycation and this home was perfect for that. Pool was so warm and the home so inviting. We would definitely stay again! Host was quick to respond and very kind.

Perfect house for our family!

I can’t say enough good things about this house and the host. The house was extremely clean and stocked with all the essentials! Perfect location to shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to visit again!

Best Family Vacation

We stayed in this home with our 2 children (3 and 2), as well as, my husbands parents. It was plenty of room and stocked with all we needed! There were so many items for the beach (toys, wagon, nice chairs!) the pool was heated and we had a hard time keeping the kiddos away from the putting green! A huge favorite of mine we're the safety features and baby items! Our 2 year old is a runner and the child lock on the back door let me rest easy! The playpen and high chair were added bonuses! Driving distance to Anna Maria island and manatee beach! Last but not least the property manager was so quick to respond and extremely helpful! 10/10 would recommend this property!

Good value for the cost

The outdoor space was the highlight! Having a heated pool was a nice alternative to the beach for a winter trip to Florida, and the tiki bar was a fun feature. The host was very responsive to questions.

We have a great, relaxing time!

We have a great time, the house is clean and in a great location. The neighborhood is quiet, for us was perfect because we will trying to have a couple of days of relaxation and escape the business of the city. We will definitely stay again.

Attending family friend wedding.

My family of 6 adults (my husband and I, our 3 adult children and daughter-in-law) spent 4 nights at this property. We all thought it was perfect. It was cozy! Just big enough for the 6 of us. The pool was LOVELY. The putting green was SO much fun! We had a fantastic family game of Jenga. Our entire time here felt like we were at home, but also at a resort-if that makes sense? Loved the decor. Plenty of towels. Everything was spotless! Will definitely go back, and looking forward to doing so.

Perfect for families and/or friends

Pictures don't do this cute little house justice. We had plans to do so much in Bradenton while staying here and ended up spending 2 perfect days relaxing here.
