Great place to stay with family! Very clean, warm, and welcoming. Hosts were very communicative and helpful. Everything we needed was here in the apartment. It felt like home! All kinds of shopping and places to eat very close by, all within a zero to 10 minute drive away. We will most DEFINITELY stay here again!!!!

We had to attend a funeral and this place was 9 minutes from everything. Owner's are super sweet.

Great value at an excellent location

My husband and I were visiting my family in Sinking Spring for a graduation party. Our daughter and 10-month old grandson also met us there. This VRBO was a much better value for the four of us than getting two hotel rooms. The upstairs back bedroom was perfect for them as the pack 'n play fit well with the single bed, and it was dark for naps. The kitchen was stocked with the necessities. It was walking distance to a small grocery store, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, and Wawa. There was plenty of room and an entire upstairs bedroom that we didn't even use. Would definitely rent again.

The Perfect Place

I used this space to get ready for my wedding. It was conveniently located 5 min from my house and was absolutely PERFECT! There was more space than anticipated and enough space for 6 adults to sleep comfy! The host was AMAZING. Communication was effective and quick. They answered ALL my questions both before, during, and even after my stay. They added touches to make my stay personalized and comfortable. The parking instructions were a bit confusing and difficult to navigate, but there was plenty of street parking to accommodate the 3 vehicles that we had there. I love this place and it was perfect for the night before and of my wedding. I plan on using this space again for when my family needs a place to stay when they visit and when I want a nice staycation. I truly enjoyed my time and will book this property again.

Comfort of home!

We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this vacation rental to others! We had two teenagers, mom and grandmother on this trip, and the accommodations worked perfectly for us. There are 2 coffee shops, a grocery store, and several fast food restaurants within walking distance. Parking was super easy and safe in the driveway behind the house. We particularly enjoyed the two wild bunnies that visited the yard every day!
