Nestled among towering redwoods, this charming cottage offers a tranquil retreat overlooking Mill Creek. Enjoy outdoor living at its finest with a spacious deck and a cozy pergola, perfect for relaxing. The separate guest house provides extra privacy, complete with its own bedroom and bath. The property features a well-equipped laundry room with modern appliances, ample parking, and a delightful outdoor area for dining and grilling. Inside, the cottage blends rustic charm with modern conveniences, including a comfortable workspace, French doors leading to the front porch, and a beautifully appointed kitchen.

The Space
Main Cottage: The cottage has a cozy living area with a fireplace, a modern kitchen, and French doors opening to the front porch. The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, and a bonus room has a Full-sized bed. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and heated floors. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair.

Guest House: The Creekside Bungalow is a separate building with a private bedroom and en-suite bathroom, ideal for extra privacy. The bedroom has a Queen-sized bed.

Outdoor Living: The expansive deck has a pergola, comfortable seating, an outdoor dining table, and a grill. A treehouse nestled in the redwoods adds a whimsical touch.

Laundry Room: Separate building with stacked Samsung washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron.

Mill Creek: Enjoy the serene sounds and views of the creek flowing alongside the property. Stairs lead down to the creek from the backside of the property. Creek access will vary based on the season and the creek's water level. The creek bed is rocky and natural, so it may not be easy to navigate.


Parking: Ample gravel parking area for multiple vehicles.

Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main cottage, guest house, laundry room, parking area, and all outdoor areas, except for the tree house, which is off-limits for safety reasons. Enjoy the natural surroundings and relax in comfort.

Location was great, the cottage was outstanding. This place had extremely nice finishing touches (kitchen appliances/dishes was in perfect condition, high-end coffee pot with coffee and fixings provided, bathrooms fully stocked & very nice linens, bed was comfy, outdoor space was also great - very well played out & well lit)

Fantastic property set in the redwoods next to creek. The outdoor space was great for a relaxing family weekend and the property was exactly as described and well appointed.

Lovely place. The backyard/deck was a great place to spend time. We had our dog with us and it was a comfortable. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and appliances. Secluded getaway, close to town

Really wonderful property. Huge parking area, and extremely well stocked with kitchen items and linens. Comfortable beds, very quiet at night despite being able to hear some vehicles during the daytime.. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect gathering for old friends

Sweet cottage and tiny adu tucked amongst Redwoods, next to a creek. Very well equipped kitchen, comfy beds, and a lovely covered area with heaters in the back. We mostly spent our time at the house--it was so pleasant!

This was a gem of a property! A very nicely renovated 1947 home welcomed us for our gals birthday celebration wine week. Warm and cozy with all the amenities. The kitchen has everything you need. Nice coffee maker greeted us each morning. The deck under the redwood trees is comfortable and magical! The neighborhood is very quiet in the evenings. The town of Healdsburg is close by and adorable. Lots of shops and fabulous restaurants. Many wineries nearby. Tim is a great host, quick to respond to any communication, friendly and helpful. I would return to this gem in a heartbeat.

Delightful and convenient!

A great secluded location with a great deck (we are outside nearly every night). Plenty of parking and very close to downtown Healdsburg, while being "in the woods" - we had deer wander across the drive! Even if it was hot during the day, it cools off at night and the house stayed cool and comfortable.

Great creekside house.

This is a fantastic house and location. Easy 10 minute drive to the Healdsburg plaza, and central to numerous wineries. We have never stayed at a rental with such state of the art features and high end kitchen wares. Wonderful back yard, fenced among the large trees and with a pergola with seating. Creek running alongside the house. Will definitely stay here the next visit to Healdsburg.

Fantastic stay!

The cottage was adorable, the location was perfect and the outdoors areas were delightful. I can't imagine there was anything not available the kitchen, the bed was supportive with just the right amount of blankets (hint: leave the windows in the house open during the night: the woodland creature noises, the creek and a light breeze were sleep inducing) and the living room was super comfy for reading and chatting. The outdoor spaces were truly breath taking in comfort and being one with nature - one of our favorites! It was a 5 minute drive to Healdsburg, with plenty of fun places to eat and have a glass of wine, shop and enjoy being away. I highly recommend, you won't be sorry.

A real gem - we can't wait to return

This is a really great place! The first thing you notice when you arrive is that this inviting home (actually a full home and separate cottage with its own bathroom) is nestled in a grove of ginormous redwood trees that tower above it. The ample parking lot is nicely lit by strings of lights at night and the large front porch is inviting with its Adirondack chairs. Inside you will see the attention to detail in the new mid-century modern décor theme. The kitchen is well-appointed and features new appliances that make cooking an enjoyable experience. And it was important (and surprising) to us that there is a gourmet coffee machine. The two fireplaces (one in the dining/living room and the other in the larger bedroom) give it a cozy feeling. The back patio is truly unique and features a large pergola under the redwoods. It is close to various amenities but has a remote feeling. It’s only ten minutes to Safeway and close to many wineries but has a feeling of being at the end of the road. We cannot wait to return!
