We found a lot of hair (human hair) on the desk. The drawers were dusty. It was obvious that the bed sheets and comforters were not washed prior to our arrival. We also found hair in the bed, on the sheet, and sticking to the comforter. We were afraid to sleep in the bed due to issue of cleanliness and had to book another hotel for our stay. The yard also looks unorganized. Our worst experience ever. Such a waste of money!

Wonderful amazing Relaxing

Must love cats

Art was a wonderful host and the unit was well equipped. The bed was super comfortable. The unit was clean except for the floors and rugs were in need of washing. The yard wasn’t as represented but it is winter. There are many cats on this property. It did not please our dog that we were traveling with which made it difficult to walk her.

Great space for two.

Nice location and clean property. Property manager was great with communicating when asked anything. Thank you for making this experience easy for me when I needed a place for a couple of days.

Quiet space for R & R or work

2nd time here. Came out this time by myself just to relax and unwind. Hung out by the pool with my guitar and book. Took a cold plunge one morning. Great little place to work or play.

This was my first stay at this property and I'm hesitant to leave a review because it is so cool, I want it to always be available for me. The owners are restoring this house and casita in a beautiful upscale neighborhood of Arcadia. I had never been to Arcadia before, and it is absolutely beautiful. Up against the mountains and home to What appears to be most asians in the L.A. area. Since there is remodeling going on at the property, thought maybe I had made a mistake. But I opened the door to the casino and for me it was absolute perfection. It is cozy, it is private in the interior furnishings are quite expensive. I met the host/owner, Art, and we became instant friends. I have already booked another stay.
