Near LA, a beautiful master bedroom (memory foam bed) with a luxury bathroom (hot jacuzzi tub, double sink, double showers!), large living room, suitable for any travellers looking for a comfortable place to stay. We provide shampoo, hair dryer, towels, therapeutic bath salt, etc.
The Airbnb is the back house of a single family home, in a quiet neighborhood, near shops and restaurants. Please read description for full details!

The space
Please read:
My single family home is divided into two parts (front and back house). This listing is the back house as you enter through the side gate (not the front door). It is connected to the front house with a wall (no door to connect the two parts of the house though). You have your own private entrance and free driveway parking. No space is shared in the Airbnb, the entire unit is your own :) Also, we just installed brand new marble floors!!

Guest access
Please note there is NO access to a full kitchen. We do provide a large fridge, a microwave, a water boiler, a toaster oven and a coffee machine for your convenience. Tea and coffee is also provided.
There is a backyard that you can also access.
Quiet hours: Our quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. Due to the loud machine noise of the jacuzzi, please do not use the jacuzzi after 10pm.
Important:
Please indicate the exact number of people that will be traveling with you. For your own safety, we do have a surveillance camera in the driveway. Any guests unaccounted for will be charged upon check out.
We have a strict NO PARTY, NO SMOKING RULE. As a safety for our property, we do not allow anyone else inside the house, other than the people that are on the reservation. If you expect anyone to come, please communicate with us and let us know BEFORE. We do make exceptions so please communicate with us, as we are reasonable hosts, hoping to make your stay as comfortable as possible :)
This house is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood, and any noise complaints or parties will result in a $300 fine. Please check with us first if you plan on having anybody visit our property.
We are unable to accommodate late check outs, and if guests do not check out on the agreed time, by 11am, an additional night will be charged. Since we are generally booked back to back, if a guest checks out late, that means we are unable to accommodate our next guest on time.
If our keys are missing or not returned to us upon check out, we will need to charge $50 per key, on top of any charges that occur from having to change the locks of the gate and the front door.
