This modern farmhouse, like new, offers elegance and sophistication with upscale interior details. Four bedrooms, two on the first level and two on the second level, three full bathrooms and one-half bath, a fully stocked kitchen perfect for hosting. A country setting with the ambiance of rolling hills and backroads but still conveniently close to surrounding towns, La Grange (10 minutes) and Round Top (17 mins). The home does have a laundry room with a full-sized washer & dryer.

Amazing house! So spacious and comfortable. This is the perfect place for a getaway weekend in the hill country. Very peaceful and close to Roundtop. I would book this place all over again if I had to!

MS150 - Base Station

The perfect location just outside La Grange. We used the home as our base camp for our company team that was competing in the MS150. The open plan (kitchen - dining - living) was perfect and allowed us all to eat, relax, and join some downtime before we hit the road again on Sunday morning. The home was fitted with all that you need to cook onsite and the views from the backyard were amazing. Definitely looking forward to booking again next year.

La grange farmhouse. Wedding weekend.

Beautiful home. Loved the space, great backyard to relax and a take in the gorgeous view in the backyard. Couldn’t have asked for a more gorgeous property to enjoy my wedding weekend with my groomsmen.

Wonderful home and area to stay. Come watch the deer and enjoy nature! Still close to LaGrange!

The check in was a breeze and check out. Contacted the host and received quick responses. The home is beautiful and perfect for families. We had 7 adults and 2 children under 5. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved sleeping in the flexible space and made herself quite cozy! The upstair bedrooms are spacious and plenty of room for couples or parents plus 1or 2 small children. There is a nice bathroom upstairs too! Check to make sure there is a highchair and pack and play before booking. The 2 downstairs bedrooms were super also. The queen bedroom had a bathroom next to it , so convenient for my mother in law. The large bedroom downstairs was incredible! So roomy and the walk in closet and separate toilet room were a plus. The walk in shower with two shower heads was so fantastic. Everyone had to try it at least once ! There is also a half bath downstairs and a laundry room. The living area and dining area was large enough for everyone to gather comfortably . The kitchen was large and had a lot of essentials for cooking. There is a huge island with trash cans and the fridge freezer was amazing. Make sure you turn on the ice maker in the freezer in the kitchen ,once it gets going it does a great job. The freezer /fridge in the laundry room was nice,the water dispenser and ice maker did not work in that fridge, but it was great for extras and drinks. Outside was patio was great and you could watch the deer. Close enough to town, that its not a burden to drive into LaGrange!

Round Top trip

The house was very nice. It could have been cleaner. The inside refrigerator was not working but there was an extra refrigerator in laundry room to use. There was leftover food in refrigerator upon arrival. We had only 21/2 rolls of toilet paper upon arrival. The company did get us more the next day.
