Welcome to your mountain sanctuary in Breckenridge. Ski Hill Ridge is located in a quiet neighborhood and offers a beautifully remodeled and spacious interior. Featuring a chef's kitchen, ample natural light, and an amazing outdoor seating area on the deck. Surround yourself with lovely mountain views, and enjoy the prime location just minutes away from world-class skiing, hiking trails, and the shops and restaurants in Breckenridge. This home has been owned, remodeled, and rented by locals. Highspeed Wi-Fi and private parking are included.
--- 1st Floor ---
Garage: As you pull into the driveway, you'll access the home through the garage, which has covered parking for two vehicles. We have ski and snowboard racks, and room for all your gear.
Bathroom 1: As you enter the home, you'll find an entry way full-bath with - walk-in glass shower, and marble vanity.
Laundry: The laundry area is also the mudroom including storage and seating. You'll find a washer, dryer, and space for folding clothes.
Kitchen: Continue past the laundry room and you'll be greeted by the kitchen, dining room, and living room with vaulted ceilings and all new finishes. The kitchen has updated appliances including four-eyed stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, standard coffee maker, and much more! Stocked with all the essential cooking equipment and a breakfast bar that seats four, your group will have everything you need for putting together home cooked meals after a long day out adventuring!
Dining Room: The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen, features a beautifully finished wood table with bench seating for six.
Back Patio: Just off the kitchen is a door to the back patio. On the back patio you'll find a stainless-steel gas grill. Extra propane for the grill can be found in the garage.
Living Room: The living room is across from the dining room and kitchen and makes for a cozy atmosphere to cuddle up. This open-concept space boasts vaulted ceilings, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Watch your favorite movie on the mounted flatscreen TV. The TVs in this home are Smart TVs and do not have cable TV.
Side Deck / Yard: As you exit the living room through the backdoor you will find a tranquil back deck. The deck is furnished with an outdoor dining table with umbrella, and ample seating including six chairs around the table, four lounging chairs, and bench. The outdoor furniture is available during the summer months only.
Bedroom 1 / Bathroom 2: Past the kitchen will be the second ground level bathroom and only ground level bedroom. The full bath includes shower/tub combo, commode, and vanity. The bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, dresser, nightstand, bedside lighting, and closet for storage.
--- 2nd Floor ---
Loft: When entering the home from the garage immediately to your left will be a staircase to the upstairs loft. The loft area makes a great area for the kids to spend time in, including large wraparound leather couch, desk area/dedicated workspace, and flatscreen TV. The loft also includes two twin single beds.
Master Bedroom: Off the living room there is a second staircase to the second floor. At the top of the staircase will be the Master bedroom. Furnished with a large king bed, dresser with large mirror, two nightstands, and closet for clothing.
Bedroom 3 / Bathroom 3: Next to the master bedroom will be the final bathroom in the house, with walk-in glass shower and vanity. Just past the bathroom will be the final bedroom. Furnished with bunk bed (twin single over full), nightstand, trundle, and closet.

This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.
