Family estate coach house and guest house on TC beach with beautiful pool

Welcome to our beautiful beachfront estate property.

Our home is right in the middle of the world renowned 3 mile Treasure Cay Beach on Ocean Blvd. Treasure Cay beach was voted in the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world by National Geographic.

This property has 3 buildings on it. The 3 bedroom main house (which will not be occupied during your stay), a 3 bedroom guest cottage and a 2 bedroom suite over the coach house with an incredible view to the Sea of Abaco, the beach and outlying cays. You will have the whole property to yourself. Our property also has a large 20’ x 50’ swimming pool if you prefer fresh water to ocean water with an awesome children's wading area.

We have 2 paddle boards, a 2 person kayak, snorkelling gear, sand toys, etc. for your enjoyment as well. This equipment must be stored in the garage at night so it doesn't disappear at high tide or get permanently borrowed! Furniture stays on the lawn or main house verandah please.

This property is for people who like peace and tranquility accompanied by long beach walks with spectacular ocean/beach views. If you want an adventure day contact Abaco tours & activities located in Treasure Cay or Brendal's Dive centre, a ferry ride away on Green Turtle Cay, for a snorkelling day with beach lunch and stingray petting!

You will be booking 2 buildings.

The 3 bedroom guest house has a master bedroom with king bed. The ensuite bathroom has 2 sinks, hair dryer, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom has twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with 2 sinks and tub/shower. The dining table seats 6. There is a TV in the open concept living area with local cable & internet. The small kitchen is equipped with a 4 element cook top, microwave oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, nespresso (bring your own original size capsules) blender, along with all the usual items you need in a kitchen. There is a grill outdoors. NOTE THERE IS NO OVEN. On the fully covered patio there is patio furniture and a dining table. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off the salt water and sandy feet on your way up from the beach. Maximum guests is 6. Children welcome.

The coach house suite has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has a king bed, ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, hair dryer, and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds, ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks and a tub/shower. The open living/dining area with TV has a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, a 2 burner cooking element, coffee maker, blender, electric fry pan and outdoor grill. There is no oven. Of course you have all the things in the kitchen you need from dishes to wine glasses, pots and pans, plastic dishes for the pool, etc. There is a dining table and chairs on your second floor deck with one of the best views on the Treasure Cay beach. Maximum guests is 4 with children welcome. You do have to go up 20 outdoor steps to this unit as it is on the second floor.

Both units have internet, AC and access to the washer and dryer in the garage.

The main grocery store, Maxwell’s, is in Marsh Harbour where you should stop and buy your supplies for the week before heading to Treasure Cay. There is a convenience store in Treasure Cay. There is a liquor store in Treasure Cay village $$$, also one outside the TC gates on the highway$$, and in Marsh Harbour$.

You will need to rent a car or golf cart to get around. Car rentals are available at the Marsh Harbour Airport or you can take a taxi to our property and rent our Toyota Sienna 8 passenger van payable to the property manager. We have a 6 passenger electric golf cart available for rent for an additional charge of $80/day payable to the property manager, Patrice. It is electric so you need to keep it plugged in when not in use. Gas golf carts (4 passenger) can be rented from Cash's carts 1-242-365-8771 which they will deliver to the property. Boat rentals are available in the TC marina by google searching 'Treasure Cay Boat Rentals'. Abaco Tours & Activities is another great website to research. Our home is a 15-20 minute walk to the village. Bahama Beach club and Treasure Sands are open for lunch and dinner. Dinner reservations are a must. Florence’s bakery is open in Treasure Cay for breakfast, lunch and take out. There is a pizza restaurant down the road.

Pets are not permitted and smoking is not permitted indoors.

Renters are not permitted to adjust pool settings and must speak to the property manager if something needs to be adjusted.

Getting there:

Marsh Harbour Airport (MHH) is your best port of entry from the US or Nassau. It’s a 40 minute drive to Treasure Cay from the airport. Taxi’s are always waiting at the airport and will happily stop at the grocery store in Marsh Harbour and wait while you grocery shop. Taxi’s only take cash - US or Bahamian $ trade equally. Most other stores take credit cards. There is a liquor store in Marsh Harbour as well as in Treasure Cay. If you have never been to Treasure Cay, Abaco before and come in late in the day we recommend taking a taxi as it is very dark and you may have trouble finding your way. Buy enough groceries for your stay at Maxwell's grocery store in Marsh Harbour, and just rent a golf cart to explore Treasure Cay. Arrange for the same taxi to return you to the airport.

Treasure Cay has an airport as well if you are flying by private plane or charter with a Customs agent to be arranged in advance.
