1000 Sq. Ft. House. Centrally located between Centerville, Waynesville, Springboro and Lebanon. 17 miles to Kings Island Amusement Park. Perfect for 1 or 2 couples or family as the first bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a king bed with an extra long twin trundle. Secluded back yard with private deck and hot tub that is wonderful to soothe muscles after a day of activities. Wall mounted TVs in both bedrooms and living room, all with ROKU and Spectrum Cable. Extensive movie selection available. Fully equipped kitchen. We couldn't ask for anything more. By far, one of the nicest properties we've visited anywhere. Very clean, organized, and the Storers pay attention to every detail. If you're on the hunt for a place to stay, look no further.

Exactly as advertised! Our second time staying here while in town for our boys Lacrosse tournament. Warren County Sports Park less than 20 minutes away. Will be booking again for next year’s tournament as well.

Nice cabin. Pictures and description are very accurate. Very Clean. Extremely organized. There is a book provided that explains everything in detail. (TV remotes and thermostats) Even the light switches are labeled. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of blankets, pillows etc. Great location being close to Waynesville and Lebanon. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.

We absolutely loved this home! The attention to detail from check in to check out was A. Carol and Dan are amazing hosts. This is easily the best vacation home in the Dayton area. I highly recommend staying here. You won’t be disappointed.

There’s no better recommendation than to know we had already opened up the VRBO calendar to see future dates that were available. Every single moment of our 3 days were just what the doctor ordered; literally. I am recuperating from spinal surgery and could not have found a more relaxing, comfortable, peaceful property to heal. Everything was laid out beautifully. There were no questions not answered by a handy guide left for guests. House was clean, beautiful and updated. The hot tub was clean and especially nice as a way to relax after visiting all of the nearby shops. I would give more stars if I could. We will be back!

House sets back off the road and is not visible from the road.

All sheets, blankets, bedspreads, furniture throws and towels, including hot tub towels, are washed in 140 degree water after every guest to sanitize for the next guest. Floors are vacuumed and steamed after each guest. High touch areas are wiped with disinfectant. Owner on property for quick response but rental property back yard and deck are very private.
