This captivating oceanfront townhouse boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms offering a stunning view of the beautiful, blue ocean and the legendary Kona sunsets. The lanai is the perfect spot for sipping morning coffee or enjoying evening beverages and al fresco dining while taking in the breathtaking island vistas.

Inside, the lower floor features elegant porcelain tiles, a comfortable island-style appointed living area, an upgraded kitchen and one bathroom while the upper level boasts two bedrooms, one bathroom and stylish vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen is equipped with top-tier appliances and more to make you feel at home during your fabulous Big Island retreat!

The Keauhou Kona Surf and Racquet Club is a highly sought after gated community which provides an array of amenities, including a swimming pool, spa, three tennis courts, and four pickleball courts, all set amidst the beautiful, tropical landscaping Hawaii is known for. The pavilion's BBQ area is an excellent place to gather with friends and family, creating cherished memories. The unit has one assigned parking space along with visitor parking conveniently located near your front door.

Great location and amenities whether it’s a beach day or inclement weather day. Bonus was the beach chairs and snorkel equipment provided at the condo!

Booking process was straightforward and followup communications were comprehensive, helpful and friendly.The unit is behind a prominent low wall that partially blocks the ocean view and limits the rear patio space. A nearby beach about 7 minutes casual walk away is a lovely place to watch waves in its inlet from the shade of some velvetleaf soldierbushes. General location is very handy, with a supermarket store in a nearby mall. The unit was well furnished and ventilated;the downstairs bathroom is very convenient.

We had the best stay !!! The Ocean view is incredible. The way the townhouse is situated...you really have a very private lanai. The one and only thing this place needs is A/C but they do have lots of fans and the cool ocean breeze kept us cool at night. Listening to the waves crash as we slept was amazing. We will be back !!!

Sleep to the sound of the ocean

Nice little condo, right up next to the ocean. The sound of the waves crashing at night was lovely. The club has a good pool with a large shallow area for small kids. Tennis and ping pong were fun too. Close to some sandy beaches. Overall a nice place to stay.

Great location, Amazing Ocean front views

Unit was as advertised. Clean and well stocked with beach gear and beach towels. There is a nice Lanai that has beautiful ocean views and fabulous sunsets. It would be nice however it f there was a screen door for the Lanai because it would help keep the bugs out while getting air circulation in the unit. The kitchen is updated and reasonably well stocked. The pans can use an update. I think its because they have steel utensils and these scratch up the non stick pans. They should have stainless steel pans or change out the utensils for wood to avoid the pans being scratched up. Nice large fridge with filtered water and ice maker was a nice bonus. I did not like that the owner has a used paint can as well as bug/ant sprays in the one of the kitchen cabinets where food is stored and prepared. These should be stored elsewhere not in kitchen. This unit is managed by Coldwell Banker a well known real estate company and the communication and check in was great. Excellent location close to shopping and restaurants and some great snorkeling close by. Despite the minor issues mentioned I would recommend this unit and the complex and would stay here again.

Location, Location, Location!

Walking distance to Kahalu’u park, this condo literally faces the Pacific Ocean, so forget your “white noise” machines and be prepared to be thunderstruck by this Keauhou-Kona Surf/Racquet Club property that sits directly off of Ali’s drive. Walking distance to Keauhou shopping center which houses KTA (groceries), L&L BBQ, and a Long’s Drugstore among a few of the shops. Easy access to either Hwy 11 or the scenic Ali’i drive, makes your trip convenient depending on what your plans are for the Big Island. Realize that there is no air conditioning, but our stay in January didn’t need any due to the constant Trade Winds and many fans throughout the house. You get to watch incredible Hawaiian sunsets from your own lanai (patio/porch). Be advised that due to its proximity to the ocean and the possibility of a large swell alert, they had to close up the patio and kitchen windows to protect from the waves splashing over the seawall (last two days of our trip), which was done very efficiently and the management team communicated to let us know before and during as to what was happening.

Condo in need of some love

After first night wrote to property manager about multiple issues with the property. The condo has multiple things in need of repair including the waste disposal that was fixed. The towels are an odd assortment of very stained towels, mirror on wall has broken hook and resting on dresser. Screen door off hinge on front door and an assortment of other issues. On the positive side the kitchen is stocked, there are beach chairs and a cooler( both beach umbrellas are broken). The location by edge of water is great and a perfect spot to watch the sunset.

Amazing Property

This was absolutely the nicest place that we have ever stayed at on the Big Island. Very well stocked very clean and the location was perfect. We sat on the patio in the morning and evening watching the whales. Such a beautiful place. Neighbors were all very nice as well.

Gorgeous View of the Ocean

Updated townhouse with high-end appliances. Comfortable beds and everything we needed. Million dollar views (we saw whales!) from the lanai, living room, kitchen, upstairs bathroom and bedroom. Very nice gated community with pickleball and tennis available every day.
