Oceanfront condo with amazing views! Two bedrooms, each with a Cal King bed, two full bathroom ground floor corner unit with extra large lanai and AC. Well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Located in the Keauhou Surf and Racquet Club, which has a swimming pool, three beautiful tennis/pickleball courts and picnic/BBQ areas for your enjoyment. This complex is beautifully maintained and is a great location close to downtown but a little removed so you can enjoy some peace and quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants. Next door to the Kona Country Club for additional restaurants and golf. Three well maintained tennis courts, two of which are also used for pickle ball. Front door has a ring doorbell/camera. No cleaning fee.

My sisters and I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful oceanfront property. The views were incredible, with unforgettable sunsets right from the lanai. The unit was spotless, well- maintained, and thoughtfully appointed throughout. The kitchen was one of the best-equipped I’ve seen in any rental.We also appreciated the efficient laundry machines, plenty of newer beach gear, and even tennis rackets and balls. Everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing stay was provided.Our host, Christine, was exceptional: prompt, courteous, and genuinely gracious. This home exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would return without hesitation.

Perfect spot for a getaway

We had an amazing stay. Everything was exactly as described and we had no issues. The condo is clean, spacious, and the view is even better than in pictures. Highly recommend for a wonderful getaway spot!

Great Property!!!

The property was absolutely fantastic, and the ocean views from the lanai were breathtaking—truly felt like a home away from home! The condo was impeccably stocked with everything we needed, from cooking essentials like pans, plates, and glasses, to beach gear including towels, an umbrella, chairs, a cooler, and even boogie boards. Having a washer and dryer on hand was an added bonus that made everything even more convenient.

Outstanding in Every Respect

A very clean, well maintained and equipped property in a unique location just above the rocky shore. Lots of beach and water gear as well as sundry personal and food items. The owner responds to texts almost immediately. We plan to return.

Perfect Property

This condo was perfect for a family of 4’s stay in Kailua Kona. The view from the condo is absolutely amazing, and it was very well stocked for everything we needed from cooking a great dinner to a fun beach day. The little one loved the snorkels. Host was easy to reach and very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

This condo has a wonderful view and you can literally hear the waves during th night. Comfy beds, a well stocked kitchen and overall there's everything you need to enjoy a vacation on the island. It's not a 5 star because th place could be better cleaned. We found dust and stuff on the floor, in the sofa etc. Nothing dramatic but we've been in better cleaned places. It's also impossible to disconnect the fan from the light outside, weird. Body boards in the beach closet are both broken, another sign that there's the need of a more punctual maintenance for this beautiful condo. The pool of the complex is amazing for kids, it goes from 1 foot to 8 feet so that everyone can enjoy.

Paradise

Our stay in this condo could not have been more perfect. The sound of the waves crashing & birds singing only enhanced the gorgeous views. We treasured the sunsets and the moonlight on the water. We even saw a humpback whale waving at us when we were enjoying just relaxing on the lanai. We were spoiled by every amenity and the location couldn’t have been more convenient. Loved, loved, loved our stay!

AMAZING VIEWS AND WONDERFUL ACCOMMODATIONS

The four of us so much enjoyed our stay here in Kona. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. And what can be any better than listening to the ocean waves when falling asleep--or any time of the day, for that matter. The views are totally incredible. In fact, the last day we were there, I witnessed a whale fluke from the patio--I was awestruck. I'm recommending this place to my friends and if and when I return, I most certainly want to come back here!!

Lovely condo with plenty of amenities

Christine’s condo is our favorite one we’ve stayed at on any of the islands! Really so many thoughtful perks in the kitchen and bathrooms. I loved not having to go buy lotion or various condiments, and there was Dr Pepper in the fridge which the hubby loves. It was also nice to have three AC units for when it was hot. The lanai with the gorgeous view was enjoyed every morning and evening. Christine was awesome at fast communication and we really appreciated it. We had a wonderful stay!

On the frnce

Bedroom adjacent to tropical foliage and the bed looks up to the 3rd floor lanai. There was a sugar-like substance coming from the ceiling? Not sure. Property manager wouldn’t bring a spare set of sheets. I had a nasty cough so wanted to set up a place on the couch so I wouldn’t wake my husband, but shouldn’t have to explain. The spare bedroom shower head sprayed all different directions. The ice maker was a plus, view to die for but the patio settee was old and flattened out.

Beautiful setting

The ground floor Lanai is so wonderful to watch sunsets and morning coffee. The view is fantastic. This condo was super clean, nicely located on beautiful grounds, and had well stocked kitchen, towels and linens. Washing Machine a plus. Perfectly located to visit the island north and south. The big Island does have a lot of driving :) There is a little upstairs noise with people clomping around if someone is in the unit above, but it will only bother you if you like to sleep in. We were anxious to get our day going on this beautiful island. We had a small issue that we contacted the management company about and response, and resolution was quick. The master bedrooms shoji doors do not afford a lot of privacy in the way of sound so keep that in mind if that is important to you. I will not hesitate to recommend this condo and have already done so.

Fantastic condo!

This is the most well equipped condo I have ever stayed in for sure. Had everything from boogie boards, snorkeling equipment and beach chairs to two kinds of coffee pots and an electric mixer. The location was great
close but not too close to restaurants and shops. Quiet except for the sound of the waves. The views from every room were stunning. Also important is that the property owner was very responsive when we had a problem with a whistling toilet. Sent someone out promptly. Nice furniture and very clean. We loved it.

Exactly as it looks!

As soon as we walked in we were pleasantly surprised with our pick of accommodations for the week. We are two couples traveling from Canada for a week of golf, touring and relaxation. Location was perfect for what we needed with the necessities close by. We cooked many items in the condo and had everything we needed provided for us and easy to find. The beds were comfortable and the AC made sleeping very comfortable. Lots of storage in both rooms as well. Pool area was nice for a quick cool down but let’s be real nobody comes to Hawaii for the pools. The view!! That was our main reason for picking this condo. We wanted two bedrooms, two bathrooms, AC, a big lanai and an ocean view. We got that and more!!If I have to be fussy there were some very tiny cons/suggestions:- From the pics you can’t tell that the one wall of the primary is a retractable paper like wall making for minimal privacy. - If the people above are there you can hear every step they make and they get up early- If you plan to be at the beach lots bring some towels as only 4 are provided. It felt like we were washing those all the time. It was an amazing week and don’t think we could have found a better condo in our price limit.

There is not enough space to tell you everything - but 10 out of 10. The place was awesome - and the view - which you can see right as you come in the door - and from the living room - and from the bedroom - and from the lanai - is the best ever! I could have sat on the lanai the whole week - and done nothing else. The sunsets were so beautiful. Birds chirping and coming down and visiting - they are always in pairs - so cute. The condo had EVERYTHING! Anything you needed in the kitchen (even seasonings - dishwasher soap - coffee pot(s) - etc. etc.) And anything you would need to go to the beach - chairs, umbrella, water shoes, snorkle equipment, ice chests. The showers and bathrooms had everything you needed too. The AC was great! Fans are great! Wifi was great! My husband out of the 4 of us was the only one that watched some TV - and he said that was great! There's a guest book in the condo - that gives tips and suggestions - we did the all day trip they had suggested and it was the best day of our trip!! Everything is just beautiful in Hawaii - and this condo was amazing. There is a restaurant close by that is up on a hill by the condo - and it was delicious. There is a shaved ice place close by - yummy! I had one everyday!! There's a grocery store right there too. We just loved - Kona Hawaii - and loved this condo - and the host Christine was very responsive - before - during and after! I can't wait to go again.

Exceeded expectations. Very clean, very comfortable, very spacious. It was great to come back to the pool in the evening after a long day of sightseeing. Eating meals and relaxing on the lanai was exactly what we had hoped for. We had a great view of the sunset every day. Highly recommend to everyone.
