Ceci est une unité de coin maison face à l'océan magnifique. Être une unité de fin avec des fenêtres latérales supplémentaires permet un éclairage supplémentaire dans l'unité, et parce qu'il est situé à l'extrémité du bâtiment, vous ne recevez pas le trafic additionnel du pied. Entièrement équipée avec WIFI gratuit, lecteur DVD, service tél��phonique, un lit King et 2 lits jumeaux, cet appareil offre également un canapé-lit, ventilateurs de plafond dans chaque chambre, ainsi que le salon. Fenêtre A / C également situé dans le salon! Pas un équipement commun dans ce complexe! La piscine est en cours de modernisation comme d'Août 2016! espace barbecue sur place. distance Kahaluu Beach Park qui offre une excellente plongée en apnée, et le centre commercial Keauhou marche. Cette unité est professionnellement géré par une société de gestion immobilière qui a fait des affaires depuis 1979! Nous sommes disponibles 24/7 pour vous aider avec tous les problèmes qui peuvent survenir. Ils peuvent également vous aider à trouver la location de voiture et toutes les activités que vous souhaitez faire pendant que sur l'île.

Great location to get around island. Very quiet, and peaceful area. A C worked great, comfortable beds, enjoyed hearing ocean at night, communication with property manager was fast and easy. The stairs going to the bedrooms are a little difficult if you have mobility issues.

Property is at an amazing location and has everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The amenities around the property have things for everyone. Property management was quick to respond and communicated very well.

Air conditioning worked great, very comfortable temperature for relaxing after being in the heat all day and sleeping at night. Property management company was very responsive. Kitchen was well equipped with multiple small appliances. Grounds of complex were beautifully maintained and very attractive. Laundry shed was a great added bonus.

Home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was close. Walking distance from beautiful beaches with beautiful sea life. Even swan with a turtle. Definitely will book again in our next visit

Thank you for your feedback. We respectfully disagree with this statement. The townhome was professionally cleaned and inspected prior to your arrival, and there was no mold present in the unit. Any discoloration visible in photos or on surfaces is not mold and has been previously evaluated and addressed as a non-mold condition. We take cleanliness and health concerns very seriously and would not allow a guest to stay in a property with mold or unsanitary conditions. Had any legitimate issue been reported during the stay, our team would have addressed it immediately. We appreciate the opportunity to clarify this for future guests.

Amazing Location

Truly a wonderful stay in Hawaii. This place is all about the location! Beautiful sunsets every day. The grounds are gorgeous. The condo was very clean. Could use some updating and the twin beds are fine for kids, but not great for adults due to old box springs. The price was great for this amazing location.

Lovely vacation spot

The location of the unit is wonderful. The management folks were responsive and a pleasure to work with. The unit is dated and in need of some attention, but it was comfortable and well stocked. It has AC, but we never needed it.

The location is good, and it was easy to check in. We didn't have any problem with the AC upstairs, so it was comfortable despite the hot weather. But the interior is quite dated and felt a bit grimy. The sinks and other parts of the house had hard water stains and rust in places. The kitchen was somewhat run down, as well. None of these were big problems, but I'd probably look for a different place if we come back to the area.

Kitchen and bathrooms were clean as were the linens but the condo needs a deep cleaning, i.e., top of fridge, under beds and inside drawers and cupboards. Some dishes are chipped and many kitchen cabinet doors don't close properly. Host was excellent. The location, the grounds and buildings, and the pool were all excellent. Blake Kessner was always quick to respond to our questions. Check-in was easy. We would choose this property in the future and recommend it to friends.
