The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed with high-quality sheets and darken shades for a peaceful night`s sleep. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a bunk bed, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.

Fully equipped for a perfect vacation, our apartment ensures you have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Keep it simple and make lasting memories in this tranquil oasis.

The complex is located downtown tamarindo and across the street from the beach. Steps from the best restaurants, beginners surf spots and lots of shops.

You can walk pretty much everywhere.

++++ATTENTION+++ Right now Guanacaste area is experiencing a big drought and lots of wild fires in the surrounding areas of town. Water shortages are very likely, all properties have reserve water tanks but we count on the city to keep the supply and tanks full. Keep it in mind while traveling between March - Sept 2024 thanks

The unit is just as described. A 3 minute walk to the beach, very clean and the host was always immediately responsive to questions I had regarding the television and operating the dishwasher.

Amazing view

The property is very clean, easily accessible, and close to restaurants and shops. We did have an issue with payment - but Thankfully Andrea was quick to clear up the issue and had our check in process ready to go. It was a great space for our family of four. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing welcome and stay

We had a wonderful time staying with our kids in this condo. It is so close to everything in the town and there is a beach access right across the street. The condo is clean and the property is clean and safe. The kids loved the pool and waterfall. We would stay there again.

Great Stay in Tamarindo

The property suited our needs well. Room for 2 adults and 3 small children. Kids loved the pool area. Good proximity to the beach, restaurants, shops. Charging station for a golf cart rental.

Nice condo, great location

Property was as advertised. It's a great location just steps from the beach and restaurants. Nice pool area. The amenities in the condo were nice and the AC was effective. Only issue is the elevator was out the first few days we were there, but was fixed for the latter part of the trip.

all is as advertised. clean, good location, safe. a perk of this rental is that they have provided laundry detergent and the A/C is very strong. The first night, our showerhead cover dropped onto the floor. We messaged and got a reply that someone would check it out the next morning. No one ever came. We just left it in the corner the rest of the stay, it did not affect showerhead function.
