Welcome to the Blue Ridge Cottage, your private mountain escape nestled among the trees. This updated, charming cottage is the perfect getaway for small families and their furry friends.

MAIN LEVEL:
The main level greets you with a cozy living area featuring a vaulted ceiling and a warm gas fireplace. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure.

* Entertainment: 4K HDR Roku Smart TV's, Bluetooth sound system, video games, and board games.
* Work & Comfort: A dedicated workspace, blazing-fast 495 Mbps Wi-Fi, and central air conditioning ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable and connected stay.

LOWER LEVEL:
The lower level offers a private studio space, creating a perfect layout for small groups seeking a bit of separation. Please note this level is accessed via separate, external stairs.

AMENITIES WE PROVIDE:
* Dog-friendly with no additional fees.
* Fully enclosed, wrap-around deck with a fire table and all-weather furniture.
* BBQ grill and cornhole boards for outdoor fun.
* Complimentary coffee, tea, popcorn, snacks, and s'mores ingredients.
* Full-size washer and dryer.
* Family-friendly items: children's books, games and a fireplace guard.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have complete and private access to the entire home, including both the main and lower levels, as well as the spacious, fully enclosed wrap-around deck. The lower-level studio is part of your private rental and is never rented out separately. Enjoy the convenience of a private entrance and free parking available on the property.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
* Getting here: A 4x4 or AWD vehicle is recommended in the winter when roads are icy or snow packed.

* Accessibility: Please be aware that this is a multi-level home. The lower level is only accessible via a separate, external staircase. This may present a challenge for guests with mobility issues.

* Gas Fireplace: The cozy gas fireplace is operated by a simple push-button switch on the wall to its right. You can set the timer, and it will shut off automatically for your safety and convenience.

* Security: For your security and ours, a Ring video doorbell is located at the front door. It records video and audio and is active during your stay.

We stayed here for two nights for a weekend get away to the mountains. The host communicated clearly before, during and after our visit. Our check in and out processes were simple and clear. It’s clear that Jared takes vacation rental hosting seriously as he has excellent attention to detail with his communication, the property cleanliness and little things that make you feel welcome (mints in your pillows, etc). The view from the property is lovely as well. It took us about 20 min to drive to App Ski Mt and 10 min to drive into downtown Boone. Overall a great location. We loved it and will be back

Absolutely adorable! Loved every part of our stay - host was very easy to reach, home was clean and comfortable - would definitely stay here again!

Boone NC vacation

Had a wonderful stay at Parkway Ridge Cottage. Jarred stocked the cottage well, with everything needed for our stay, coffee, creamer, sugar, snacks, breakfast items. Well stocked bath rooms and laundry. Very quaint cottage. Would consider staying there again. Jarred the host answered all questions that i had.

My family and I are from Colorado; we love the mountains and are happy to have found this cozy little cottage outside Boone. We love snowboarding, hiking and really anything that gets us outside.

We chose this neighborhood because of its proximity to all the attractions of the NC High Country and its close to town.

Our cottage is small and cozy, but includes a beautiful, fully enclosed wrap-around deck that is safe for pets and kids. It also located in an adorable neighborhood.
