Kitchen was very well stocked, very nice quality. Nice location, short drive to entrance, trash and pool.Bath towels were also nice quality.A bit of a hike to the lake and getting gear out of your car to the front door.

The property worked well for our family gathering of seven. We all slept comfortably, the kitchen was stocked with all of the dishes, eating and cooking utensils we needed, and there were lots of board and card games to choose from. We enjoyed using the four kayaks on the lake and the kids loved playing on the lily pad float in the water. The interior is tastefully decorated and offers lots of natural light and comfy seating. The fire pit was really nice also. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! We do strongly recommend driving in on Innisfree Circle Drive (driving counter-clockwise around the lake) rather than Innisfree Lake Drive (clockwise around the lake) in order to avoid driving up a steep hill on gravel.

This was exactly as it shows and states online! Make sure you ask for a map at arrival as it is a little tricky to find but worth it!!!

Overall we had a good trip, but the accommodations were definitely subpar. This place is in need of a deep clean. There were quite a few bugs, the carpet was stained and dusty, maggots in the outside trashcan, and a roach on the kitchen floor when we first arrived. Considering the cleaning fees I definitely expected better.

It was a perfect place for us to stay while visiting all the things to do in St. Louis. We really wished we had booked more days. The kids had so much fun at the lake kayaking and fishing. And I was very grateful that the owner had plenty of life jackets for everyone there to have fun and plenty of sizes. That was definitely a nice added touch.

Family Holiday

This property was very enjoyable. It was well stocked with all the amenities. Our family fit very comfortably and the large dining table was nice to all eat meals together. We would definitely stay here again.

The property met all our expectations and exceeded them. We were pleasantly surprised to find it decorated for Christmas, even though we had brought our own tree and decorations. The accommodations were well-furnished, particularly the kitchen, which was spotless and well-organized. We had a wonderful time, and we’ll always cherish the memories we made there.

Good spacious property. Can get hot and cold in different areas. Loved to have a grill on the property. Used the firepit for some smores. Kids had a blast. Other than lake being devoid of any fish, it was great to be there.

Girls Weekend

Place was nice just some of the little things that could have been improved. Tissue holder in restrooms but no tissues. New floor in bathroom but no molding. Beds were great. Not one of our favorite Chalets we have stayed in.

Spring break getaway

We stayed at this place for the spring break weekend with another family. The property was clean inside and well maintained with quality furnishings. They have everything for more than a functional kitchen. Lot of board games and cards that came in handy on a rainy day. However entering the property itself was a hassle as the entrance is loosely packed gravel and requires a sharp turn after climbing up a slope. Highly recommend marking that entrance as exit and the other side as an entrance. Apart from that, we really had lot of fun. The canoes were all functional ( all 4of them) and kids had fun using them. We did not use fire pit but that is a nice gathering area. Overall, we highly recommend this property!
