100 Year Old Adobe was built in the 1920s. Our home blends classic Southwestern charm with modern comfort. Located within easy walking distance of the Santa Fe Plaza, and the hip Railyard district. This historic house has 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, parking, and a private courtyard. French doors open fully to the patio, creating a beautiful indoor-outdoor living feel with the fresh, high-elevation air Santa Fe is known for. Designed for an authentic downtown Santa Fe stay. 10% discount is offered - 1st responders, veterans, & active military.

With private parking for 1 vehicle, an enclosed courtyard, and inviting indoor and outdoor seating designed relaxing. The house is bright and full of natural light. It has 2 cozy bedrooms, 1.5 baths, original brick floors, wood-beamed ceilings, skylights, local furniture and art, and top-of-the-line mattresses and bedding for an exceptional nightâs sleep. The space is private, beautifully curated, and full of Santa Fe charm â just blocks from the Downtown Plaza for shopping, galleries, and dining. We will have espresso, a welcome gift, and thoughtful amenities to make your stay feel effortless and special. Iâm a Santa Fe lover and an admirer of classic adobe houses with stories to tell, and Iâm genuinely happy to share my home with guests who want to experience what makes this place so special. By day Iâm a clinical psychologist, but here Iâm simply your hostâsomeone who believes homes should feel grounding, welcoming, and a little magical. This original 100-year-old adobe has been lovingly cared for and reflects everything I adore about Santa Fe: history, soul, and a sense of calm you canât quite put your finger on until youâre here. I hope youâll feel at home, slow down, and enjoy the space as much as I do.

I chose this neighborhood because itâs perfectly positioned close to everything, while still holding onto the authentic Santa Fe charm that made me fall in love with the city in the first place. Itâs easy, walkable, and convenient, yet quietly timeless - one of those places that still feels like the real Santa Fe.

What makes this property truly unique is its deep history and the layers of stories it holds. The Jose St. Compound has been part of Santa Fe life for generations, and home to families as early as the 1920s and later known as a hippie compound in the 1960s. That sense of artistry and soul still lives here.
The house itself is filled with one-of-a-kind pieces you wonât find anywhere else. Some furnishings are hundreds of years old, including a master bedroom headboard estimated to be over 400 years old and a bedroom bench crafted from a reclaimed wall in Tibet. Throughout the home youâll also find distinctive works collected from local artists, adding to the authentic Santa Fe feel. If a piece catches your eye, feel free to ask, some artworks are available for purchase, and Iâm happy to help you track down something similar if youâd like to take a bit of Santa Fe home with you.
