Enjoy the amazing golf view from the peaceful balcony of this second floor Racquet Club Villa in Sea Pines. Beautiful new flooring, spacious and sunny exposure, on-site pool and tennis and just a couple of minute's walk to Harbour Town, this new Seapinesvilla is the perfect spot for your next HHI retreat. Spacious and comfortable, this villa sleeps six easily with a king primary and two queens in the guest bedroom. A nice dining area makes for a great place to gather for meals or for a work station with a great view!

Our properties feature free WIFI, two complimentary bikes for exploring the beauty of Sea Pines, a free local gym membership, free tennis and much more. This villa is pet friendly, however please list your pets in the guest list when booking, so that our pet fee will be added to your quote. Thank you! Location and view with this villa are prime. Check in is a breeze as we mail your Sea Pines vehicle pass to you ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need to stop and wait in line at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and take in the beauty of Sea Pines.

We had a great time in Sea Pines. The Villa was an upstairs unit overlooking a golf course and we enjoyed watching the golfers go by. The unit itself was perfect for what we needed- we cared more about location than having the newest, biggest place. It was an easy 10-min walk to Harbour Town with walking/biking trails everywhere- which was perfect for our older teen boys and our lab mix who loves a good walk and meeting new friends! Everything is very dog-friendly. The neighborhood tennis/pickleball courts were unfortunately closed for the season, but we were able to play at the Sea Pines courts just down the street. Overall a good experience.

Great place and great location

The condo was great, clean, tidy, and so easy to get everywhere on the island from! We loved our stay. The bikes were a nice touch.

Such a lovely place to spend a week! Even though this was a pet- friendly unit there was not a single trace of pets having been there previously. Extremely clean and well-kept. Kitchen had everything we needed. We hope to return next year!

Spring Break

Great location in Sea Pines. Very close to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Preserve and Beach. Quiet upstairs condo was very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Villa
. outstanding location

I took my son on a senior trip (graduated high school a few weeks ago). We wanted a convenient location to walk to harbor town and close to the harbor town golf course and Atlantic Dunes. This villa did not disappoint. We will be booking here again.

Very enjoyable

Good location, 2nd floor so plan to carry luggage. View was nice but not as much golf course view as I thought it would be. Very nice touch with bottle of wine! Villa was pretty clean, Patio should have had debris blown off, rail was covered in ants and we borrowed some wd40 to put on sliding glass door rail because it was difficult to open. Overall a great stay, just a couple hiccups

Clean and comfortable

The unit was exactly as described. Having beach chairs in the unit available for us to use was a nice extra! Jessica was great to communicate with. My husband and son enjoyed the two bikes as well. The unit was quiet and comfortable.

Great stay until we left!

We enjoyed our stay however, we left three dresses in the closet that must have been taken by the turn over crew. We contacted the owner just a few hours after we left and they were like “oh well”. They didn’t help us at all. This was very upsetting.

Spacious well-appointed place w/ lovely golf course view

Had a wonderful stay at this unit in Racquet Club Villas! The place is bright, spacious, and super comfortable. Large kitchen with everything I needed for cooking and nice-size washer/dryer. Very sunny large bedrooms and bathrooms. Great floor plan to work from or family stay as living area is far enough away from the bedrooms for privacy and quiet. No carpets were great for my older dog :). This area is super peaceful with gorgeous trees and foliage everywhere. Fantastic golf course view from unit and just a quick bike ride to the beach and Harbour Town. Jess and Scott are very responsive and super helpful. Highly recommend this place for your next visit to HHI!
