There was a bit of confusion initially to who the host was. Once I got the right contact the host was amazing. We had a couple of issues develop put Alicia took care of everything promptly. The property is older, the neighborhood seemed very safe. We walked our dog without hesitation. And Cleveland has many dog friendly MetroParks.

It was easy to get where we needed to go as the location is close to Lakewood, West 25th, and downtown. Cute little place with everything we needed!

Cute Property/Great Location

We decided to come to Cleveland for Rays Indoor Bike Park, Cuyahoga National Park and The Haunted House Restaurant. This location was a perfect distance from them all. The price was good and the location was within walking distance of other good restaurants.

The home was in a nice neighborhood and just a quick 10-minute Uber ride into the city, which made the location very convenient. The space was a bit cluttered and could use some extra attention to cleanliness. That said, we did enjoy the area.

Good value and good location

It wound up being a good stay overall, but there was unnecessary stress at the beginning due to the host leaving us the wrong key and being slow to respond when we first checked in. The apartment itself was adequate, though in need of a good deep cleaning, including dusty window sills, baseboards, etc.

So glad you had a good stay and enjoyed the location and everything this apartment has to offer! We already did a deep clean since you notified us about it in this review, and current guests have been pleased with how clean it is. Sorry about the key copy that didn't work well (key copies aren't always perfect), but it took 15 minutes to get you inside the apartment and we made it happen as soon as we possibly could. Hopefully you were able to check out some of the things we suggested like live music at Brother's Lounge, or a nice breakfast at My Friend's Deli both a block away.

We arrived and could not access apartment. It was difficult to get a hold of owner to find out what was going on. Basically the apartment was not available to rent but we were charged for it. Some kind of mistake with VRBO or Expedia or the owner or all three but whatever it was is unacceptable. By the time we heard from the owner with some kind of explanation it was after 9 pm on a Saturday. We could not find a hotel anywhere and had to sleep on the floor of someone’s apartment. I’m 60 years old. It was horrendous. Never again.
