This beautifully decorated newer modern duplex is on the grand canal in Ocean Shores just 4 miles south of downtown.
It will sleep 6 and offers 2 bedrooms with queen size beds with their own smart TV's.
There is also a pull out sofa in the living room for extra sleeping. 
Rent one unit or both. They both have their own hot tubs

Dogs are welcome with an additional fee
No Smoking of any kind and no vaping

Excellent get away

The place was clean, up to date and comfortable. The check in/out was easy… loved the kitchen area, jacuzzi was relaxing and clean. The fire pit was large (bring your own wood) and a great view of the water channel behind us. Location was great, we could get to shops, beaches and restaurants easy. Definitely recommend for girls get away to family stay.

Super great spot. It was very clean. Beds were comfortable. TVs in every room were nice. The hot tub was hot and clean. And we woke up to an entire family of deer right in the yard. There’s also a lot of parking.

Nice quiet location

We loved this place, and would definitely stay again. It’s cozy but has the perfect amount of space. The hot tub and back yard grill and fire pit were excellent bonuses. It’s the reason we chose this place. I loved that it was away from the downtown area and hotels. Super quiet. Nice and peaceful. A short walk to the cute Oyhut village.

Our stay was wonderful. Will definitely do again. Coulle amall things could be addressed. Hot tub jets are not all working, could use some attention. Bed by living room could be better. Well worth it though!!

Beautiful new duplex with shared yard overlooking the canal. It was very clean and fresh feeling. We saw deer walk through the yard daily which was a fun treat. They saw to even small details like having dish soap, sponge, coffee, and even salt and pepper handy. The one challenge we had is that there was no railing on the stairs which was a problem for my aging parents and nearly caused a serious tumble. Wonderful stay. I would absolutely recommend it.

Great duplex unit

Everything was as pictured on the listing. The hot tub was wonderful on the cold evenings, too windy and cold to use the outdoor fire-pit. The kitchen was stocked well, the beds were comfortable. The living room TV didn't stream, but the bedroom TVs worked fine. We could hear the tenants in the other unit at times. Really great place, would stay here again. We had deer visit the back yard, that was cute.

Review and suggestions

We had to wait two hours at the house for the electrician to come out and fix the cable and internet as the neighbors had cut the cable to the house. That was disappointing as we wanted to go to town but had to wait at the house for it to get fixed. By the time we got to town after the electrician left everything was closed. The house didn’t have enough towels for showering and going in the hot tub. It would have been nice if they had beach towels or additional towels. There is no washer and dryer in the unit so no way to wash the towels which was a bummer. The pull out couch was uncomfortable and they only had one top sheet. It would have been great to have had additional bedding and comforter in the closet. There was only three of us there. There was a black bear that was two blocks from the house which was pretty concerning. The walls were thin and you could hear the neighbor next door snoring through the walls. I would suggest bringing ear plugs or having them on hand. The hot tub had one of its jets not working in the long lounge part. We didn’t want to waste our weekend with waiting around the house for more repairmen to come out.

Erick, We are very sorry about the neighbor cutting the internet cable. This was completely out of our control. There is no way you had to sit at the house and wait for repair. Everything was handled from outside of the building. I find most of your review unfair and very misleading. The house is stocked with 12 sets of towels every rental. If needed we would of been happy to bring you fresh ones during your 2 day stay. The house is not listed as having a washer/ dryer so not sure why you thought there was one there. The sheet you are referring to was clearly marked as a pet sheer to put over the sofa if you brought a dog with you. There is a clean set of sheets/ blankets and pillow for the sofa bed in the bedroom closet. I am sorry you could not figure out how to operate the jets on the hot tub. Again we would of been happy to have someone show you or a quick email would have worked as well. No one has ever complained about the noise next door. A bear in the neighborhood ? Seriously ? I am happy to hear you wont be returning. And from the other reviews on the property I am sure future quests will take you review for what it is. You have a nice day. Rick

Weekend getaway

The property was as advertised. It is modern and well appointed. It was orderly and had all the amenities, towels, and consumables needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. A few things that could use improvement are 1. The water pressure in the kitchen. It is almost a trickle. 2. The beds (2 beds and a pull out sofa) are all uncomfortable and far too soft/squishy. We tried all three, but did not sleep well the entire stay. 3. There is evidence everywhere that it was just recently completed. Paint on floors, furniture tags, etc. not a big deal, but left us feeling that the attention to detail was skipped in a hurry to rent it out. Overall, we did not feel that the cost equated to the value. With such high fees, the nightly rent should be lower. The total for 3 nights was high for this property.
