Good communication. Home was clean and comfortable. It was smaller than I expected from the pics but it was still a great stay. We had some problems with the Internet in 2 of the bedrooms but it wasn't enough of a concern to to reach out about. I would recommend this home.

Everything was perfect! Very clean and neat! Kitchen was stocked so we could cook anything we wanted! Beds were great! Bathrooms great! Would absolutely stay again! Fireplace was awesome! Even had a game room! Pool table too! This house was just like home! Thank you Chris!!

Amazing Stay

Chris is the best host you will find! The property is absolutely top notch with every detail thought of. The Game Room is so much fun and not only did my daughter (9) enjoy it, but the adults did as well. Would definitely book again if we come back to Knoxville.

Chris was an excellent host and quickly responded to messages prior to arrival and during our stay. We had a mom trip while our girls attended Lady Vol basketball camp for four days. The house was 11 minutes from Thompson/Bolling arena, really an ideal location to stay for attending UT athletic events. We loved the house!

Home for Thanksgiving

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week! So well stocked, and super clean. The game room upstairs was awesome and I loved the special touches like the coffee bar. Look forward to staying here again!

Cozy cabin close to everything

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this property while in the area to visit the Smokies and Oak Ridge. The beds were comfortable and the game room was so much fun. Would recommend!

Knoxville Spring Break

This was our second trip to Chris’ property and it was just as welcoming as I remembered from last year. Great communication with him and all went smoothly. Comfortable beds, nice towels, and a great back patio for visiting with friends. Looking forward to next year!

Great property!!

We stayed here for my daughter’s softball tournament with 6 adults and 2 children and it was wonderful!! There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun things for the kids to do! The house was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great backyard hang out space! We would absolutely stay there again!

Excellent!

Perfect for a family! Very Clean, very well stocked kitchen. But the icing on the cake is the Game Room. I don’t know who liked it more, the kids or the adults. Will definitely book again when in Knoxville. Chris is a great host. Very responsive. Highly recommend.
