Welcome to The Bourbon Run! This BRAND NEW 4-bedroom, 2 bath downtown home offers a perfect blend of modern luxury & style coupled with the rustic charm of Kentucky bourbon. Every detail of this home has been thought out to provide a perfect experience. Enjoy an open living room, a fire-pit area, covered patio with a hot tub, & a Blackstone hibachi grill! The Bourbon Run is your perfect luxury modern getaway to explore all that Kentucky has to offer. This brand-new home features a spacious open layout with 9 ft ceilings, four private bedrooms, 1 King and 3 Queens, and
two full baths. Guests will also enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, Smart TVs in every room, high speed internet, a covered back patio with a hot tub, Smart TV, and a Blackstone grill, large fire-pit area, along with a fully fenced
in backyard for privacy.

MAIN AREA:
Upon entering guests will be greeted by a cozy spacious floor plan featuring the living room, kitchen, and dining area. The living room features plenty of comfortable seating for guests and a 65-inch Smart TV.

KITCHEN:
Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, baking sheets, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker spices, oil, blender, crock-pot, dinnerware and silverware, toaster, and much more. We are also within walking distance to some of our favorite local places to eat! Due to high volume of guests, things tend to run off. BEDROOMS:
4 bedrooms (primary has en-suite bathroom) with memory foam mattresses and lux toppers, Smart TV, luggage rack, full length mirror, fan, and a clothing shelf. Each bed contains a built in USB charger port and a shelf.

OUTSIDE:
-Fully covered back patio with hot tub and Smart TV
-Blackstone flattop hibachi grill (propane provided)
-Large fire-pit area with seating for 8 (firewood not provided)
-Fully covered front patio with seating
-Privacy fence around the home for privacy
-Off street parking, driveway for 2 cars. Additional parking available across the street in gravel lot

LAUNDRY:
Washer and dryer in the home (detergent provided)

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have full access to the whole house, private driveway with 2 parking spots plus additional parking across the street, and Wi-Fi.

Located in the heart of Georgetown! Enjoy a stroll downtown to enjoy our favorite local restaurants or shop the cutest boutiques or take a short scenic drive to Lexington to see the horses or Frankfort to enjoy some bourbon!
