Perfectly positioned on a large corner lot in an established neighborhood off I-75 for visitors to Georgetown College and the Kentucky Horse Park, this two-story home offers a modern and spacious retreat for families, friends, or groups looking to explore the best of central Kentucky.

Each of the three cozy bedrooms provides a relaxing space with comfortable bedding to ensure a restful nightâs sleep. The open-concept living area is ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring, while the fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a breeze. Donât feel like cooking? No problem! Our home is located minutes from several popular chain restaurants and coffee shops, as well as some local favorites.
Step outside to enjoy the fully fenced-in backyard, where you'll find a firepit â perfect for cozy evenings under the stars. Whether you're roasting marshmallows or simply enjoying the fresh air, it's the ideal spot to relax.
For some added fun, head to the garage where youâll find a game room, complete with a ping pong table, corn hole, and a Kentucky-themed photo booth for capturing fun memories with friends and loved ones. Whether you're here to relax or entertain, this home has it all!

**With 3 beds, a queen air mattress, and a sofa, this home is best for groups up to 6-8 adults but may sleep up to 10 if children share beds.
**Our Smart TVs are connected to WiFi and will be ready for you to login to your preferred streaming service! Streaming service logins are not provided.
**The home will be stocked with a starter amount of basic household supplies. If you are planning to have a more extended stay, we are happy to point you in the direction of nearby stores if you need more!
**Please note that firewood isnât included with your stay, but youâre welcome to bring your own or pick some up nearby if you'd like to enjoy the fire pit â there are a few local stores that sell bundles. We do offer firewood delivery for an additional fee upon request.
