Have a great vacation on the beach at the Daytona Beach club

A one room condo situated 2 doors from the Hard Rock and 4 blocks from Main street here in Daytona Beach, Florida . Free parking for your motorcycle or vehicle right under the balcony. Beach access next to the condo. Sleeps 4 because we also have a very comfortable , modern queen futon. The boardwalk is 5 blocks away. Lots to see and do in Daytona! One of my guest described best. He said, "This is close enough to walk home from the Oyster Pub.". Oyster Pub is one of the landmark bars in Daytona on Seabreeze Blvd. On March 1, 2025 , we opened our new swimming pool. We have been without a swimming pool since Hurricane Ion in 2023 . Now we have a brand new pool with new pool furniture . Walk right down the steps to the world's most famous beach. You can drive your car on the beach. This is a very cool experience. What a bargain price. Book it now. We have Bike Week, Jeep Week, Nascar Race Week, Cheerleader Week, College Week, Bike Week 2 aka Biketoberfest, Come have fun ih Daytona.

We had a great time and Ron was so helpful with the few problems we had. He kept us updated on the repair and was overall very easy to reach and communicate with.

Everything I needed

Ron was a great host and pleasure to deal with. Accommodations were exactly what I needed and very comfortable. Right on the beach and the new pool is amazing.

Great little place

The property itself is great has everything you need and the refurbished pool is great. Looks right into the beach with unobstructed views.The main corridors are a little drab and in need of an update, but you’re not staying in the corridor lol. There is an elevator from the parking garage to the floor in which the property is located.The lock box on the door was a little tricky needed to call owner for guidance which could be avoided as a little side note once your reservation is complete but all in all would stay here again

Had a great day at the apartment, it was just as the images displayed. There was a whole collection of items left to support us, coffee snacks, toiletries. Apartment clean and well prepared for our arrival definitely will definitely be back!

Perfect for a short gateaway

The owner was very responsive and accomodating and added nice touches like drinks and snacks in the room. It is an older building so it is not perfectly beautiful but it was perfect for what we needed and the owner asked for our input on how to improve. We will plan to seek out this unit again for a future stay.

Room was not like it was on the site. The room had a old, musty smell. It was cold outside. No heat in room. Bathtub was stained, and was outdated. The host binder was old, handwritten and it was hard to read.

Affordable, but you get what you pay for!

Very good price point. Amenities were clearly stated. !!!!! If a professiinal cleaning company is being used-CHANGE COMPANIES. !!!!!!!!!! If not, GET ONE !!!!!Location is great, building is friendly & unit can serve a basic purpose.I left the unit cleaner than I found it so I am NOT HAPPY to pay a cleaning fee for this rental.I purchased "Funkaway" odor removers to help with the overall musky smell & there were mushrooms growing in the bathroom shower ceiling area. I sprayed w/clorox cleaner & hoped for the best! I have photos to back up this statement.Personally, would NOT rent this unit again when coming back to Daytonauntil or unless the owner makes repairs and has a professional cleaning company who actually CLEANS to be involved.It was a low price and I feel like I stayed in a lower level rental for my vacation. Lesson learned!!

Ron and Aurora love Daytona Beach. If you want to know about some place to go , just ask Ron. You can have your fortune told in Cassadaga, just about twenty miles away. You can go see manatees at Blue Springs in the wintertime in Orange City. There are dozens of fun things to do like the bog races in Palatka, Florida or the Gator wrestlers in St Augustine about forty miles up the road. Airboat rides and horse rides are available. Ask us. Volusia county has plenty of entertainment. If you get bored here , it is your fault. If you find something new and fun to do, we leave a book in the room for you to pass that info on to later guests.

Our property is a super bargain. We do not have a view of the ocean . We have a view of the adjacent hotel. We are still right on the ocean . You can sit by the pool and watch the kids on the beach.
