A custom-built Queen Bunkbed bedroom with vinyl plank wood flooring, and TV. There is a private full bathroom that offers a glass enclosed stand up shower only, pedestal style vanity, and vinyl plank wood flooring. A heated indoor private pool is on this level that has a glass garage roll up door leading a private patio area for sunning/lounging. Whether you want to challenge each other to a game or take a dip in the pool, there is something for everyone.
Head on up the open staircase that leads up to the main level, you will find a spacious fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, granite countertops, an island bar area with 4 bar stools, coffee bar area, and a small pub table for 2. There is a dual coffee maker with Keurig (pods not included). The living room offers a sectional sofa that has a Queen Sleeper Sofa, floor to ceiling stacked stone gas fireplace, TV, and sliding glass doors open to the covered deck. The master bedroom offers a luxurious King bed, ceiling fan, vinyl plank wood flooring, TV, and sliding door access to the deck area and the hot tub.
