Please note that only registered guests can use the common areas (gym and pool). Visitors are allowed in the unit, after signing-in at the main lobby.

Other details to note
All listed amenities including the condo and rooftop pool are available and fully equipped for your pleasure. Please note that other amenities such as the sauna are currently under development.

All drinks and food consumed at the pool must be purchased from the rooftop bar and restaurant, any violation of this rule will result in a fine equivalent to $500 dollars.

Guests will be required to wear access wristbands while using the common areas during their stay.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Thursday for about 20 minutes, any time between 9:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., to tend to them.

Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.

The building is close to a main road, so there may be occasional traffic noise.

Beautiful condo, great location

We enjoyed Puerto Vallarta for our first and staying at the Soho added to the trip. It was in a great location, the rooms were very nice and well appointed and the roof top pool was spectacular. The only drawback is that the property is on a busy road making it a bit noisy.

The agony and the ecstsy

Yes, the rooftop pool is as amazing as it looks. A sanctuary from the hardships of life a mere 7 floors below, where the unit is as cheaply done ad possible, starting with the fact there is essentially no 2nd bedroom. The noise from traffic below is enough to remove any enjoyment. The windows that might reduce the sound are so cheap and poorly installed they don’t. The actual main bathroom, one sink. The location of tre main bedroom—no privacy. All in all but for the pool, a complete rip off. Oh, and wait till you see how to get to town. Either get killed dealing with the highway or break your neck on some back stairs and cobblestones. And I paid a small fortune for this. First time using Vrbo. And last.

We always strive to provide accurate descriptions of our listings, and we want to clarify that the second bedroom is listed as a flex room, meaning it can either be used as a guest bedroom or left open to create a more spacious living area. This allows for versatility based on guests' needs. Regarding noise, the building is in an urban setting, and while the unit does have standard sound-reducing windows, some street sounds may still be noticeable, especially during peak hours. As for accessibility, the building's entrance is indeed near a highway, but there are safe crossings with traffic lights nearby for those heading toward town. Many guests also opt for taxis or rideshare services, which are readily available and affordable. We regret that these aspects impacted your stay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us continue to refine the experience for future guests.

The consierge was very nice and helpful. The views from the pool were beautiful. The unit was very nice and well stocked and towels, etc were very good quality. This unit was on a major highway and the loud traffic went on 24 hours. You could not hear the person next to you while on the balcony. You could even hear the loud trucks, motorcycles and on going traffic all night while in the back bedroom. The noise level was horrible and continued day and night. Bathrooms were lovely but the huge showers only had a rain shower, no hand held devise and no place to put your soap, shampoo, to grab bars, etc. Pool is freezing and hardly anyone goes in. They will not let you bring your own towel and they will only give out one towel per person which will not even totally cover the beach lounger. You are not allowed to bring your own personal container to keep your purchased drink (from them ) cold. Only three food items on the menu are available to purchase. The pool manager is very controlling and is constantly watching everyone to make sure you are not breaking any rules. You have to take two different elevators to get to your unit plus you must use another elevator to get to the pool.
