Il s'agit d'une unité d'extrémité sans personne au-dessus ou en dessous de vous. Il est important de ne pas louer un logement avec quelqu'un au-dessus de vous, surtout pendant la saison de ski en raison du bruit.

Rénové: 3 chambres 2. 5+ salle de bain, il y a une salle de bain supplémentaire avec sauna (4 personnes), grand jacuzzi (surdimensionné 2 personnes) et douche. Nouveau granit dans la salle de bain principale.

Grande entrée: a un banc, un porte-manteau, un espace pour les skis et les chaussures. Laveuse et sécheuse hors de l'entrée.

Chambres: Master est en bas avec un lit queen et salle de bain privée. Deux chambres à l'étage, l'une avec un lit king-size, l'autre avec un lit superposé (deux lits jumeaux) et l'autre lit dans cette chambre est un lit pour 4 personnes et dispose également de matelas jumeaux pour dormir sous les lits. Les lits Master et King ont des surmatelas en mousse à mémoire, des couettes de luxe et des oreillers de luxe. Des rideaux occultants se trouvent dans les chambres principale et king. Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD. Certains ont des lecteurs VHS, toutes les chambres ont le cùble.

Bains: le maßtre a sa propre salle de bain au premier étage qui a un dessus en granit récemment rénové, un nouveau robinet et un miroir. Pommeaux de douche Speakman avec une excellente pression d'eau. L'étage a une salle de bain avec un double lavabo et des toilettes, le deuxiÚme bain à l'étage contient le jacuzzi, le sauna et la douche. Il y a un autre demi-bain dans les stiars.

Salon: GRANDE TV écran plat, avec lecteur DVD, lecteur CD avec belle chaßne stéréo, et cùble de raccordement au jeu facile d'accÚs fourni. Foyer au bois avec porte extérieure droite en bois tous gratuits. Le canapé est nouveau, ainsi que la causeuse et la chaise avec pouf. Il y a aussi un grand fauteuil inclinable que j'ai dormi de nombreuses nuits, donc confortable

Cuisine: Cuisine neuve à la fin du mois de mai 2013, électroménagers en acier inoxydable, comptoir en granit, armoires en bois sur mesure, nouveau plancher et éclairage. Cuisine à aire ouverte avec accÚs à la salle à manger.

Salle Ă  manger: 10 couverts, nouveaux rideaux dans la salle Ă  manger.

Autre: Internet sans fil haut débit complet gratuit dans l'unité. Trois téléphones sans fil avec répondeur. Jeux pour enfants, adultes, cartes à jouer, marqueurs et crayons.

Fourni: Bois de chauffage 5 marches à gauche de la porte d'entrée, allume-feu, draps, serviettes, articles de toilette, produits de démarrage de tout à suivre: savon à lessive, savon à vaisselle, liquide vaisselle, torchons, essuie-tout, serviettes, mouchoirs en papier, sel- poivre, assortiment d'épices, thé, café, sucre et Splenda.

Il s'agit d'un condo trÚs grand et agréable à rentrer à la maison aprÚs avoir skié dans l'unité 10 de Trail Creek.

Was exactly what we were hoping for and as described; a nice cozy condo and the host was great with communication. Wish we had more time off to stay!

The condo that we stayed in was in a great location but the condo itself was not pleasant. The condo was not clean, the floors were dirty, the bathrooms were covered in mold and grime, and there were spider webs everywhere, including the bathroom sink where you can tell the spider had made a home. The kitchen refrigerator did not work and stay cold and when we let the host know, the only option was for us to put our food in a different unit she had. Our food spoiled and everything in the freezer melted. The upstairs bedroom door handle kept falling off and the downstairs bedroom door wouldn’t close. The back door locked automatically and there wasn’t a code to get in so you had to walk around the condo to get back in the house. The condo is in dire need of an update and when I reached out to the host she told me she was going to redo the upstairs bathroom and kitchen at some point, but that does not help me now. She said the price reflected the status of the condo and I disagree in that the write up of the condo did not detail any of this. Had I know the condition of the condo, I never would have stayed there.

Excellent trip at Trail Creek!

We had a wonderful time at Kim's property. The location could not be more perfect. We were able to ski right back to the door of the condo. The kids loved the pool and game room. Check-in couldn't have been easier. We'd love to stay again in the future.

Ski Trip

The property is very conveniently located for ski access. Grounds maintained, plowed, and firewood delivered. The unit itself was adequate. Bedding was clean and it was swept. However, there was a lot of dust, kitchen wall was greasy. Kitchen pots and pans in need of replacement. Decor could use an update. Most of the pictures look like they came out of a hotel chain clearance sale in the 90s. Recommend keeping a ski or outdoor theme consistent with what peopleare looking for when they travel to killington.pans are bdly in need of replacement.

Functional unit in fantastic location

We stayed in the unit Feb break. Overall the unit is ideally located to Killington Mtn, with a 5-10 min walk to lift and an amazing ski-home trail (conditions permitting) which brings you almost to the door of the unit. The unit itself is spacious and boasts a well-appointed kitchen. The two and a half bathroom setup works well when multiple people are getting ready simultaneously. Although we did not use the fireplace, the woodshed was fully stocked and easily accessible and the parking situation is easy to navigate. A few minor complaints: For our particular stay the cleaning crew missed some spots as we found heavy dust on some furnishings, cobwebs on the windows in the dining area and kitchen drawers hadn’t been wiped. We also could not figure out how to use the sauna.

Great location,

Overall a good rental - could use a Few upgrades. Location is great. Fees are high so make sure you check the itemized fees - they will charge you for extra people (kids too) even though they advertise the daily rate as “Sleeps 8”. We have 2 kids and I listed them as adults because I didn’t think it would impact the rate. They charge extra per person for groups over 5 people! And 50 bucks for wood. It’s petty to nickel and dime- would appreciate transparency in the rate.

Fun ski weekend

We had fun skiing with our grandkids and the condo had plenty of beds and was convenient to the resort. We used the condo pool and hot tubs. It was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The furnishings are very dated but that didn’t bother us. The kitchen had everything we needed. One suggestion would be to replace the outdated tvs, components, and many remotes with a simple Roku tv and one remote.

Great Location

It’s a wonderful location. Easy to get to the lift and ski home. There was plenty for everyone. Nice layout. We will definitely look to rent again in the future. Kim was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Family Ski Holiday

The property was exactly as advertised. I appreciated the keycoded front door as everyone in the family could come and go as they needed without having to keep track of a key. Also meant we could arrive without having to check-in somewhere else. We had a great time skiing at Killington (took the shuttle most of the time, but walked occasionally which was a nice option). Condo is in a great location as we were able to head back for lunches and avoided buying food at the lodges. Kitchen was great as we cooked all our meals for the stay. We used half the kitchen table to do a puzzle on, so having two bar stools at the pass through to the kitchen was really handy. With three bedrooms my nearly adult aged children were able to have their own space. Entry way with a bench was nice to get our ski gear on before heading outside. Also a nice place to store our skis when we returned for the evening.

Well appointed with everything needed for our stay. Great location and nice rec center.

Good location and close to the parking lot for load/unload. Nice to have hot tub and sauna after a day of mountain biking. Everything you need is there and works well, TV's, Stereo, washer dryer ect. Bedding and towels were fine as well. Updates are nice and in good shape though the place is still a little dated. Had a minor issue getting in and got a phone response in minutes. Would stay again anytime.

COZY AND CONVENIENT CONDO

Stayed at 10 Trail Creek Condo for a mid-week ski getaway with my brother, adult daughter and her friend. We arrived in the middle of a snow storm making the check in with over a foot of snow a bit challenging! The location near the mountain is excellent and the fact it is an end unit make it feel very private. Parking is detached from unit but thankfully carts are available to help you transport your bags. As described in the listing the unit has been nicely renovated and is well equipped (with a few exceptions noted below) and very cozy. Bedding was quite comfortable and the bathrooms are nice. Bath linens were provided ($75 fee) but were minimal. Could have used a towel in the main level 1/2 bath. We did not use the jetted tub or the sauna as the controls are not self explanatory and instructions were not provided. Even after downloading the manual I was unable to work it. (To her credit, Kim offered to come over to help us but we chose not to impose) We enjoyed using the wood burning fireplace. There is plenty of extra firewood just outside the unit. I would point out however, that we were charged a $50 firewood fee, although the listing says it is free} The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need, (although a bit cluttered and lacking a functioning ice maker or ice cube trays....minor problems, but basic necessities in a rental unit). There were two Mister Coffee makers in the unit, one of which was inoperable (broken) and the other was challenging to use (side loading tray with water filter that detaches if you’re not careful) . We notified Kim at the end of our stay and she responded promptly. Hopefully they will be replaced with a fool proof model or a Keurig. We greatly enjoyed the amenities building just a few steps away with indoor heated pool and 2 hot tubs. These MINOR deficiencies did not interfere with us enjoying the condo and we would DEFINITELY rent again. Kim, who has other properties, was very responsive during the booking process and during our stay (5 stars).

Amazing location for ski weekend

The condo was perfect for our group of friends to enjoy a ski weekend at Killington. Easy walk to the Snowshed lifts/lodge and the ski home trail was awesome. The condo had plenty of space for our group, our ski equipment, and was super warm/inviting. We will be back next winter!

DON'T DO IT

I should have known. There was already at least one negative review when I chose to ignore it and rent this town home in Killington. There were warnings about cleanliness, communication with the owner, the owner blaming each tenant for every problem instead of owning it. Yep the price was good and I decided to go for it. Know what you are getting if you rent this place. You are getting an older beat up ski cabin for a decent price but lots of hidden fees. Let me start with when we arrived. We walked in to a pile of linens and towels on the floor in front of the washer with a load in the washer and a load in the dryer. This is certainly not what we were expecting after having to wait until after 5:00 p.m. to check in. When we surveyed the towel situation we found there were only washcloths available. There were a couple of hand towels in the dryer and then a large towel in the washer. All the other towels we were expected to use, we're still dirty on the floor. When I contacted the owner about it she said essentially that I wasn't telling the truth and that her maids had completed towels for everybody. If you read previous reviews, you'll see this is a trend where the owner believes her maids instead of the tenants who are their experiencing it. We went back and forth a few times with my asking for one days payment for having to do the laundry that should have been done when I arrived. The owner said no but offered to let me out of the entire rental if I got out by noon the second day. We bared through it, did our own laundry and had towels for the week. Then the dishwasher leaked. Again, when I contacted the owner, this was our fault as well. She essentially told us we must have a piece of something stuck in the door causing the leak. I assured her that wasn't the case but she said even a minute piece will cause a leak. She did have her local contact come look at it as well as drop off some additional towels after we had done the previous tenants laundry. The dishwasher seem to work the next time but leaked again the time after that. At this point we realized talking to the landlord was useless and that we better adjust deal with whatever problems we had. Finally, you need to know that this place is pretty beat up. There's lots of cobwebs, furnishings are old, there's all kinds of fire damage on the rug in front of the fireplace where it has been burned. I picked this unit for its convenient location for me to pilot my citation jet at least once per month during the ski season from my home in Miami. There is a little bit of something for everyone at this mountain. Steep bumpy trails to easier green and blue cruisers. Convenient access on this side of the mountain with access to many bars and restaurants. You are right next door to the Killington Grand which has a nice spa for all types of services and a restaurant and bar.

I chose this vacation rental for its location and proximity to the Killington ski slopes. It is also very private with no one above or below me in the condo so no noisy ski boot noise from the above unit. It has a patio off the living room that opens up to a stream. I usually ski directly to my unit from the ski home trail and make 6 steps to the front door. If you would like further information please call.

You can ski home via the snowshed trail. It says trail creek that is a green easy trail all the way to the bridge that crosses into the Trail Creek complex. Be very carful at the bridge snowboarders like to build jumps right before the bridge. Otherwise this trail is easy to navigate.
