Imaginez-vous prélasser sur un des deux ponts, en écoutant le bruit de détente d'un ruisseau voisin. Vous êtes entouré de deux acres de terrain totalement privé à seulement quelques minutes de la célèbre route d'accès de Killington! Tout cela peut être le vôtre à la Mill Stream House! Situé près de la route 100, juste à côté de Green Mountain National Golf Course et terres de conservation! La route d'accès et de montagne sont à cinq minutes.

Cette maison unique a été construite spécifiquement pour cet endroit magnifique: Il est construit sur une colline surplombant un ruisseau qui coule à côté d'un vieux barrage, construit en moellons surdimensionnés - ce qui est une belle beaucoup!

La maison dispose de 5 chambres immenses, dans des couleurs personnalisées avec de superbes vues de grandes fenêtres. 16 couchages dans des lits et max. occupation est de 22 personnes. 2 spacieuses, salles de bains rénovées. 2 étages de la vie pour vie privée-zone Un petit salon en bas avec tv, et un grand salon avec plafond cathédrale et des vues magnifiques à l'étage. Awesome property! Plenty of space both to sleep and to gather. Cool lodge type vibe balanced with modern accents. Will definitely come again!

Home was in a good location, but needed a lot of TLC. The kitchen drawers were rickety and several almost fell out. Cookware was ok. Windows were drafty and didn't open and outlets were questionable. Beautiful great room but rest of the house could use some updates. Bathrooms were very dated.

Hello I have been renting high end homes for 10 years and now do not trust this app....the house was simply horrible. Outdated, falling apart, sharp baseboard covers not secure and dangerous. My son cut his foot open on exposed nail on the stairs. I do not like to complain but this house is NOT as advertised nor worth more than 300 a day. I use your app for trust and that is gone. I run a business and would never take advantage of others as I have been! Now I know why it was still available and I cannot be the first to complain....even free this home is not worth it. What a joke. Hopefully someone stops ripping off customers here. My best...David

The house and surroundings are beautiful; we especially enjoyed the main room with the cathedral ceilings and fireplace and the view of the backyard with a stream running below the deck. It was very comfortable and cozy for our extended family (9 of us). Could have easily been a larger group (didn't use all the beds). The drive to Killington from the house is easy (10-15 minutes - can stop at the market on the way home or at Liquid Art for coffee in the morning). Would definitely come back (with towels this time). To note: I had no cell service but the wifi worked very well. The host was attentive and saw we had not noticed the 3 thermostats and helped heating up the house for us. He was also very receptive on ways to improve the experience for future guests. Overall a great stay; we'd be happy to come back.

Not the experience I had hoped for, and I really should have cancelled at the first chance. Owner changed booking terms based on “a vrbo glitch” and charged me 200 more than the advertised rate for his mistake. WiFi instructions are unclear (the network password listed in the VRBO listing is inaccurate), owner refused to provide help changing network name/SSID because he “didn’t have the Comcast app” - this felt like either like the owner doesn’t care about the guest experience, or is just technologically inept.. but then how was he able to set up/lock Nest thermostat functionality?Hot tub is missing all of the jet adjustment knobs. Owner said he would have his guy come over, offered nothing but excuses for me. The house furnishings are pretty busted - drawers are practically falling out of their tracks, and the knife drawer fell out more than once - leaving the unsuspecting tap dancing so as to not get stabbed by knifes falling to the floor. Windows in the bathrooms are in poor condition, and there’s no ventilation fans. It looked like there was mold growing in the downstairs bathroom, and I’m left wondering if the respiratory distress I’m feeling after checkout was a consequence of inhaling something I wish I hadn’t. The check out instructions call out cleaning up after the party leaves, else we’d be charged a cleaning fee. I pulled into a driveway filled with litter, and spent a great deal of my time tidying up another renters mess that the cleaner didn’t.

the location was excellent and the surroundings were beautiful The living room with the fireplace and kitchen were very comfortable for a big groupThe downside is that the house is really lacking maintenance in the bedrooms and bathrooms

Great property for a group

Property is great and the pictures are an accurate reflection of the property. The views out of the windows are amazing - truly a unique experience. Was here with a group of 10 adults and there was ample space and sleeping areas (everyone had their own bed). The proximity to Killington is also awesome - less than 10 minutes by car. Would definitely stay again

Beautiful & Fun

Very cool spot. Super convenient to Killington Ski area, about 10 minutes or so. Love the streams in the back going right under the deck. All you need for a good getaway with family & friends.

We update things every year and go through the house every few months to ensure everything in the house is in good shape and if it needs replacing we replace it. Great spot to enjoy Killington skiing!

Great house for a group of us to ski all day and hang out in the hot tub and make dinner each night. We’d rebook next time we’re going to Killington. Property contact very responsive.

Great Ski House!

Awesome house for a group skiing trip. Downstairs is optimized for max sleeping and upstairs has a nice open kitchen/living room layout. Short 10/15 min drive to either Killington or Pico

Great Stay

We had a great 3 night stay. It was a perfect location close to Killington yet tucked away in a private setting. The owner is very responsive to questions. The hot tub was great after a long day of skiing. The house was clean and spacious for our group of 9. My kids enjoyed the games and puzzles. We will definitely be back.

Great place for a large group

Terrific property to spend time with a large group. Everyone was very comfortable. Clean and spacious with lots of indoor and outdoor areas. Loved the hot tub. Great central location with easy drive to other attractions in VT. Would stay again with a large group during ski season. Jeremy was very easy to communicate with.

Annual Family Ski Vacation February 2022

We had a wonderful stay for our annual family ski vacation. The home was very clean upon arrival. The home has a beautiful view of the stream and woods from the living room. A very cozy home with a beautiful fireplace! We had no issues and would consider staying here again.

Proximity to Killington Resort

Very close to the access road to Killington. The place was large enough to hold 2 parents, adult children and grandchild nicely. The place needs a deep cleaning, I was disappointed in the cleanliness and the lack of upkeep of this VRBO. Bring bottled water to drink, the well water is very hard. Like other reviews the parking is tight.

Great ski getaway

Our group of 10 adults and kids really enjoyed our stay at Millstream house which had plenty of space for all of us, was in great proximity to the mountain (10 min) and provided a fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to enjoy meals every night. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub and space to play. The backyard with fire pit and stream was amazing and would be great fun to enjoy in the summer as well. It was convenient to have a washer and dryer after a full day of skiing. We also really enjoyed the indoor fire place. A great place for a large group - we’re looking forward to returning next year.

Long Weekend of Relaxing

A group of friends and my husband and I usually go camping but with the pandemic, decided to find a rental that would work for us. Jeremy's place was perfect! Not too remote but private enough, with beautiful nature surrounds and a wonderful river sounds to enjoy. The space was clean and large enough for us all to gather and play games, lounge with our dogs and hangout on the deck. Morning walks to enjoy coffee at the fire pit was wonderful as well. We will definitely be checking availability here for a future trip!

Fun Family Retreat!

House was in great shape! Room enough to fit our whole family for our family reunion. Plenty of beds and linens were provided. Outdoor space was fun to explore and beautiful with the fall leaves. The stream was serene to listen to. The grill outside was a little rusty so we went out to eat instead of grilling. However, there were so many amazing restaurants to choose from, all minutes away from the house! Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would definitely consider staying here again!

great location

The location of the property was perfect for the wedding we were attending in Pittsfield. There are actually five bedrooms in the house although the listing says 4. Overall, the property was adequate but there are things that need to be done to "freshen up" the interior. While the property was clean there were areas that needed attention. Under the beds needed to be vacuumed, the grill had not been emptied by previous renters and the carpet on the stairs needed cleaning as well. All of that being said we enjoyed our stay and because pets were allowed we would rent it again if we were going to Killington.

Wonderful Respite in the Woods

We just spent a month at Jeremy's place in Killington and were very comfortable. The property sits directly in nature, with running brooks all around. The house was spacious and met all our needs. There were more steps than we realized; and there wasn't as much room for dogs to play off leash without getting into deep woods. Internet/cell service can be spotty, but we found that all over the region. Overall, would recommend the house for family and close friends. We enjoyed wonderful meals around the long dining table and grilling on the deck. It is centrally located for exploring around Vermont - beautiful 100, route 4 to Woodstock and beyond; Route 7 from Middlebury to Manchester. Great place!

House seems to be much more suitable to cooler weather.

Windows are old, some didn't open and many screens were missing. Fans were available but didn't do much when we couldn't open the windows. We also wish that the fire pit had been alittle more accessible. Had to cross a stream and small swampy area to get there. Small ant issue too.

Sorry guys did not have the absolute best time. We are in the process of ordering the parts for the couple windows that don't open most of the windows work absolutely fine I would say 15% of them do not but in each bedroom there is a working window that you can put the fan in the window but parts are on order to completely fix them. As for the fire pit and the spring the river gets a little higher so you do have to walk through a couple inches of water to get to the fire pit I apologize there's nowhere really else to put it cuz it needs to be a little ways away from the house. House is in the woods so in the springtime ants do come in we have had an exterminator and since and they are now gone
