Lake Geneva Haven - Located in the Center of Everything!

This four bedroom renovated home is walking distance to downtown shopping, restaurants and the beach. Relax and enjoy the casual homey feel and the expansive neighborhood outdoor space. Sip your coffee on the front porch. Hang out with your family and friends while grilling or having a campfire in the backyard. We are also dog friendly, so you can include every member of your family! There is so much to do in Lake Geneva and surrounding areas! Please let us help you find the perfect activity or experience for your stay - just ask! Safety of our guests is a priority and we use CDC COVID cleaning guidelines.

Layout:
There are two bedrooms (1 queen, 1 king) on the main level and two bedrooms (1 loft king, 4 twin room) on the second level up a flight of stairs.

There is a smart TV with a Roku device in the loft king bedroom upstairs and a Roku TV in the main living room, which is centrally located in the house. The full kitchen/dining area is just off of the living room with access to washer/dryer.

The two full baths are located on the main level off of the living room and kitchen areas.

There is a full outdoor dining set, large backyard, grill and fire-pit for guest use.

Went here for my bachelor trip our first time to Wisconsin! House was very well set up with everything we needed to stay our 3 nights! Very close and an easy walk to downtown to go out to the strip. Communication with the owners was excellent!

This home was absolutely beautiful! It was so close to town that everything was walking distance but we also had great privacy at the property. Allison was amazing with communication and always responded so quickly. Fantastic experience!!!

Charming & Close to Everything

Nocely decorated with fresh paint & modern fixtures and finishes, coupled with old house character. Was perfect for a quick wedding weekend, but would’ve been great for a longer stay as well. Just a short walk to downtown shops & the beach. Beds were comfortable. Great communication by owner.

Great house for extended family stay

This house worked perfectly for our family stay. The house was within walking distance of the downtown and lake areas. The owner had thoughtfully supplied everything we needed for our stay. Plenty of towels, kitchen supplies, coffee etc and everything was clean & neat! Large kitchen and porch spaces for gathering. Very close to nice Kwik Trip to replenish food & drinks. Host was very responsive to questions & help with a few items we needed such as a high chair. Yard was clean & freshly mowed. Great experience!

Minnie, thanks so much for the feedback. We strive to provide a very clean, quaint home that is walking distance to downtown Lake Geneva. We did discuss a few times about where we have tvs months before your stay, so I’m sorry that was still such a disadvantage for your group. We do have pictures on our site and do not advertise a fully updated home. We hope you had a great time and would love for you to return.

Super Location

We loved this property as it was walkable into the cute little town, we could walk to the Venetian festival, and it was a very short drive to Lake Delavan where we rented a pontoon. Short for us to get to the lake walks which we did several portions. Beautiful mansions along the way lake walk and gorgeous gardens. Our host Allison was amazing and answered every question very very quickly. We had one thing we asked for that was not at the house and she brought it to our door within an hour. Everything was wonderful. Super host. Thank you so much. Great spot for our adventurous friends.

Our girls trip was absolutely fantastic! The house was amazing and had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. One of the best parts was the location. We were within walking distance of restaurants, shops and local attractions, so we didn’t need to drive.
