Your perfect getaway in serene Canton. This open studio is in the lower level of a large house, occupied by the owners. It has a its own private entrance. You will have access to outdoor patio, deck and lawn. Relax on the couch to watch a movie on Smart 65" HD TV or soak in the hot tub. A perfect private space for a couple or a small group. Visit the close by Orchards or drive to downtown Canton, Northville or Plymouth all within a few minutes. Ann Arbor is just 20 minutes away and Detroit airport is just 18 minutes away.
This is a private suite (guesthouse) in the lower ground level of the house. Very bright and homey. Comes with Coffee Makers (with supplies), Microwave and a Refrigerator. It has two Queen Size Beds and a recliner sofa.

Please note that we live in the house on the upper level so might hear the presence of people. However, we travel often. Having said that, we respect the privacy of our guests. The guesthouse has it's private and separate entrance at the back of the house. The guesthouse suite is about 1300 square feet of flexible space.

There is an assigned spot on the driveway for guest parking. Guests enter from the side of the house to the patio in the back. Entrance to the guesthouse is through a private patio door with lock.

We live upstairs on the property so expect our presence. However, we will be mindful of our guests. We also expect guests to be courteous as well. Please note that loud music, TV volume, loud noise or conversation is not allowed. Please follow the quiet hours and all other house rules.
