This place was so cozy and perfect for our family! The host made sure to add Christmas decorations to make it feel magical for our kids during our stay. Very clean and neat! Canât wait to come back!
We had such a wonderful time here and really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and well equipped and the view of the cows was so fun for the kids. We would love to stay again when we come back to the area.
Absolutely beautiful property, well kept and clean. Great hosts! Couldnt ask for better accommodations! Thank you Rees family we cant wait to come back next year!
We had an amazing stay at the Bunkhouse! We were in town for a triathlon. So we didnât get to enjoy the house as much as we wouldâve liked too. We had a check out request and it was met with a quick response. The shower floor was like a little massage for your feet. The only downside was we prefer a king size bed. This would be the perfect place to come for a couples or ladies retreat. Weâd definitely return.
The place was absolutely beautiful. The views were breathtaking. Just far enough from town to avoid any city noise. Coffee on the deck in the morning was amazing. The decor was absolutely beautiful as well. All the restaurants were conveniently located less than 15 minutes away. Will definitely return.
Overall a great place to stay. Very secluded spot with a great scenic view. The deck is an amazing place to drink your coffee and watch the sunrise. Would definitely stay again!
Coming in from the north, we saw the house, but missed the driveway which was over the small hill. That was the biggest problem we had all weekend. Everything else was perfect! The house was clean, the electronic locks at the front door were simple to use and needed no key, so each of us could come & go as we pleased. The host left a couple local magazines detailing out sights to see and locations to visit while we were there. A very nice touch. The 3 bedrooms were all comfortably set up and with the pull out couch this house could easily sleep 4 couples. 2 bathrooms so there was no waiting in a line, fresh linens and towels were readily available and a coffee/tea bar was set up. The views were outstanding, the covered deck had tons of seating and the wire rails didn't obstruct the views from on the deck or in the house. All of this made for a wonderful weekend away!
Stellar property! Beautiful surroundings, so quiet and super comfortable. Saw deer, numerous cheerful birds, butterflies. The field was illuminated by fireflies at sunset. Wish we could have stayed longer - hope to be back!
Carrie is a thoughtful host who has an amazing space away from crowds where you can just soak up the fresh country air and slow your roll. The fireflies, the space, the views, and all the thoughtful little touches makes this space unforgettable. To see our college aged kiddos playing in the back yard catching fireflies and chasing each otherâŠamazing. Our four college aged kiddos spent less time on devices and more time connecting and laughing. The neighbors were amazing too. Itâs a country setting so you have to be used to thatâŠcritters live in the meadow and the woods nearby and check everyone out. Easily a 15 out of 10 stay. We loved it. Carrie was super responsive and answered us quickly even during a summer holiday weekend. Just canât say enough about this stay and how it filled out buckets.
My husband and I enjoyed our evening ! We sat on the porch watching deer all evening ! It was so relaxing ! The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean
My stay at The Bunkhouse was truly exceptional. Its location in the middle of a farm provided me the peace and quiet I was looking for. On top of being impeccably clean, it got all the basics that I needed and more. The deck was my favorite area as its serene view of the country side was so relaxing. The birds chirping and the leaves rustling in the wind was so calming. Carrie was so accomodating of my preferred schedule and went above and beyond to make it work. I definitely will go back to this place.
This beautiful home is tucked away in peace and quiet. We didnât get a chance to fully enjoy all that it offered as we only stayed one night, but loved every minute we were there! One correction on the rooms, there are actually four beds: two upstairs, one downstairs and the pull-out couch. That was a pleasant surprise!
Our stay at the property was so quiet and peaceful; it was a welcome escape from everyday life. This is the perfect country getaway. The view of the adjacent cattle farm provided us with a bit of entertainment as we sat on the deck sipping coffee while watching calves run and play. The bunkhouse is beautiful, and communication was excellent. Thank you for the wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our needs. Very clean and well appointed, the holiday decor was a great touch, to make the house feel like home. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were great! We will definitely book again when we are in the area!
This property is quite impressive. Centered in rural Indiana for quiet and relaxation. Still close enough to Wabash and Peru for supplies. I would definitely stay again. It is a beautiful home!
Love the bunk house. Beautiful country views made us feel at home. We spent a lot of time at family's home but wished we had spent more time at the vrbo bunk house loved it on our short stay.
Carrie was wonderful to communicate with. The place was so cute & peaceful!! The views were 100% nature & wonderful! Beautiful big showerâŠ.very nice beds/bedrooms. Loved the open concept living area. The balcony deck was so nice to have and itâs covered so protected from the weather. The kitchen was very niceâŠ..we all enjoyed trail walks and came back to fix simple things and soak up the place.
Thanks Carrie for everything!
