The view was outstanding. We didn't take advantage of the pool because the weather wasn't great and we didn't realize the pool was heated until the last day we were there. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated.

Relaxation Vacation

Very nice condo unit; clean, comfortable, well-appointed kitchen. Enjoyed our stay very much. The condo complex is also very nice, great pools & great location on the beach.

Great family location

The condo was as it looks. Tons of space for my family of 3. This was our 1st trip to Dauphin Island, and it is very low key. Beaches aren’t full and there wasn’t any nonsense to deal with. The walk to the beach is about 2 minutes down the boardwalk then 6-8 minutes to the water, a good hike but doesn’t warrant anything less than 5 stars. The pool was shut down for a day which hampered the day but it still doesn’t change how great the condo was. I would recommend to families looking for a low key stay.

Dauphin Island Inn #304

We enjoyed the stay very much. The condo was very nice and clean and comfy. The price was right and we had the right amount of space needed for two couples. The view to the beach was perfect. We would definitely stay here again. The only negative is that some people actually live on their condos and are a little territorial so you will definitely want to be respectful of all the rules such as the pool closing at 9pm which I feel is a little early.

Beautiful condo, great views of ocean. Walk-in shower was perfect for my husband, on a walker. We brought his shower stool. We were down for CBA bird banding, and this was a perfect location. Would definitely come again to this condo.

Check in was easy. Condo was well stocked. The oven area stunk very bad. There was a terrible sour smell. We bought a candle and lysol hoping to disguise smell but it never went away. We couldn't find the source of the smell, so had to deal with that the entire week we were there. Couch seemed dirty and smelled like urine. Patio furniture needs to be replace it was worn and tattered.

Perfect spot to relax and recharge

We stayed for a week at this beautiful condo and wish it could’ve been longer! Beautiful view, comfortable furnishings, and quiet surroundings. The pool was right below the balcony. Both adults and children utilized the pool respectfully, were kind to one another, and just created a relaxing atmosphere. The beach is outstanding and stretches for miles in both directions. There were quite a few restaurants within walking distance as well. We hope to come back soon!

Relaxing getaway

I came alone for a bit of a grief retreat after the loss of my Husband. I felt safe in the gated community. The condo was clean and cozy. The decor gives off a warm and appealing vibe. I spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. The bed in the bedroom off the balcony was super comfy, and I had the best nights sleep. I ate most of my meals at the condo, which had a well equipped kitchen with everything I needed to prepare meals. Short walk to the beach, and the pool was nice too.

View, sand, sound of waves

3rd floor, wide open beaches with nothing but sand dunes and waves between me and Central America (of course there are some boats, dolphins, oil rigs but who cares). Beaches had very few footprints because there are so few people. I got up at 5 am to walk to the lagoon in warm salty water on a calm day to watch the sunrise alone. About a mile from the condo. Restaurants and the quiet bay side within easy walking distance. Condo was clean and well decorated for appropriate ambiance. I will be back (No tv internet access, so I read a lot)

Nice little spot!

I thought this was a very nice place to stay. I was a little irritated that the construction on the front awning prevented us from rolling a cart into the elevator and I almost threw out my back lifting a loaded cart onto the curb, but I got over it once I had a few glasses of wine. The grounds and pools are super clean and nice. The home had lots of kitchen supplies which is great because we cooked all our meals. The beds were cozy and the A/C worked like nobody's business. The patio had all the things we like: lounge chairs, tables, and chairs. I would definitely stay here again! The ONLY thing I might add is access to Netflix. The TV's wifi was shut off and locked.

Thank you so much for your review. Thank you for your patience with the awning work. We put up a new awning, and 2 trucks hit it shortly after so the Association had to do some work raising it as soon as possible.
