3 of the bedrooms are located in the main house. The carriage house has both a queen bed and a futon.



Guest Access:

The carriage house has its own private entrance off the driveway. The driveway is shared for both the main house and the carriage house. There are 2 parking spots available in the driveway for the main house and 1 spot for the carriage house. There is also one additional parking spot in the front yard for the main house.



The Neighborhood:

It's a very peaceful family neighborhood



Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that the home is on a private lake maintained by the neighbors which also includes stocking it with fish. For that reason taking fish out of the lake is not allowed.
