Stayed with adult children. Outstanding! Very comfortable for everyone, everything in working order. Oversized laundry area, nicely appointed kitchen, office area for those who needed to check in, and plenty of outdoor space made this a great place for four adults. We enjoyed.our stay from day 1 to day 18. The host was responsive and friendly. The house was everything we expected and more. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped with what we needed, and comfortable. The beds are so comfy and the bathrooms are beautiful and very functional. We were surprised by how much we enjoyed the backyard beach. The perfect place to enjoy some relaxation. We hope to return to this house next year.

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful home for 11 days. Our family joined us 8 days for family vacation. This home was perfect. Well appointed! The bed and pillows were SO comfortable. I actually found the pillows online and ordered for our home. The outdoor space is incredible! The entire property is so thoughtfully curated. Highly recommend!

The Host was very accommodating and I was most impressed with how much thought was put into what was there for us. We had a 22 month old with us and I was wondering how I was going to entertain her and keep her safe and be able to have a high chair. The host messaged me the day before our stay and said he had everything we needed for her. High chair, packnplay, baby table wear, monitor, baby carrier, and baby bath tub. They went above and beyond thinking about the people staying. Everything we needed was there for cooking and eating. Nothing was not missed. Just like being home! My adult daughters were happy with the snacks provided. Huge plus! The house is nicely decorated and pleasing to the eye. I loved everything about it. I would definitely recommend staying and would LOVE to stay again!

We had the most amazing weekend celebrating my wife’s mom’s birthday at this beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how clean, spacious, and welcoming it was. The house had everything we needed and more — the perfect mix of comfort and style.The setting made it extra special: plenty of space for everyone to relax, laugh, and enjoy quality time together. My wife’s mom absolutely loved it, which made the whole weekend unforgettable. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was the perfect spot to make such wonderful memories.We can’t thank the hosts enough for sharing this gem with us. Boys birthday trip

Three friends and I go on a bpye weekend every time one of hits a decade birthday. Mostly low key trips to warmer climates. Apparently we were the first group to book this property through Vrbo, and considering that everything exceeded our expectations... So much so we are likely to return!

A Little Something for Everyone

This property was a perfect getaway for everyone in our family. From checking out all the high tech features to playing the provided games in the pool table room & outside to sleeping in really comfortable bedrooms, all of us enjoyed our time there. The owner anticipated every possible need with a fully equipped kitchen, all sorts of beach chairs & toys, towels, robes, shower & spa products, snacks, coffee & tea and kept in touch throughout our stay to see if we needed anything further. Overall, the best home we’ve ever rented.

Luxury, high tech comfort

My family and I had the best stay at Brian’s house! It was extremely clean and more than enough space for our family of four. The backyard was the perfect place to hang out as a family and the location was amazing. Less than five minutes to Publix and Starbucks and easy to get to beaches or downtown Dunedin for dinner. He sent us an E-guide that contained all the information for the house and how to work the high tech toilet/shower, local restaurants, and beyond. He even had a high chair, baby bouncer, pack and play, beach toys and chairs to make our travel a little lighter. We can’t wait to come back next year!
