✔BEDROOM 1- master bedroom. King bed. Attached bathroom with shower, toilet dual sinks and vanity. Huge Walk-in closet, ceiling fan Bed is soft and cloud like.

✔ BEDROOM2- Large bedroom. King bed. Office desk and chair. Smart TV, ceiling fan. Bed is soft and cloud like.

✔BEDROOM 3- king bed. Soft and cloud like. Ceiling fan, smart TV , walk in closet

✔KITCHEN- stainless steel appliances, white cabinets, granite. Fully stocked with tons of spices, cooking oil, 12 cup traditional brew coffee maker, filters, sugar, Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Tea kettle, blender, toaster, waffle maker, tons of pots, pans, coffee, cups, wine, glasses, martini, glasses, regular cups plate, silverware, cookware.

✔ BATHROOM 1- shower, toilet , vanity with toilet paper, hairdryer, curling, iron, flat iron. We provide full-size shampoo, conditioner, mail, female, body wash Q-tips cotton balls. This bathroom is private and attached to the master bedroom.

✔BATHROOM 2- common bathroom . Bathtub with shower head. Toilet, vanity. This bathroom also contains a hairdryer, curly iron, toilet paper, Q-tips, cotton balls, full size, shampoo, conditioner, male, female, body wash.

✔ LIVING ROOM- beautiful fireplace accent wall with electric fireplace and huge 65 inch smart TV. Coffee table contains games like sorry, trouble, clue, playing cards., uno. The living room has two large couches that open up in the queen beds. .TV has basic cable and Several apps are already loaded.

✔POOL- nice sized swimming pool 12x 22 feet. . Shallow 3 1/2 feet deep end 5 feet. The swimming pool is heated October 15 to April 15 seasonally. Free no extra charge. The pool area has seating, Beautiful market lights , hot tub and sauna and POOL LIGHT make this area shine at night!

✔ BACKYARD- completely fenced in. Perfect for those of you coming with pets. Fire pit with six chairs. Grill with propane attached. Suana, hot tub and exterior landscape lights

✔LAUNDRY ROOM- full-size washer. Two full-size operational dryers available to use. We provide cleaning supplies, full-size, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach.

✔ GARAGE- one car garage available for use. The garage contains all of our pool/beach supplies. The garage also contains spare propane tank for the grill.

✔BEACH GEAR- we provide 8 beach chairs, beach cooler, pool/beach toys like blowups /Noodles, sand play toys. We provide beach towels, regular towels , beach Umbrella

Upon arrival there was a chalk board that welcomed my wife and I to the rental. The house had everything that was included on the description. The host responded very quickly and was very attentive. We really enjoyed all of the outside "toys" such as the in ground pool, sauna and hot tub. We encountered no problems or issues with the property. There is alot to see and do and there are alot of restaurants within a 3 mile radius of the property. If i am ever in the area we will definitely stay at that property again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home! The location couldn’t be better — it’s right next to the Pinellas Trail/Greenway, which made it incredibly easy to get out for walks and bike rides. The beach is less than a 5min drive. The house itself was stocked extremely well with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to little conveniences that made the stay feel effortless.Sandra was extremely responsive throughout the entire booking process and during our stay. Any time we had a question, she replied quickly and was genuinely helpful, which made everything smooth and stress‑free.The amenities were a huge highlight. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were all so nice, and we enjoyed using them every single day. It really made the stay feel like a relaxing getaway.Overall, this is a comfortable, well‑cared‑for home in a fantastic location. We loved our experience and would absolutely book this place again without hesitation.

From the first time we walked into the house it was amazing. Everything was just as it shows on the website! Clean, smells good supplied with anything that you might have forgotten to pack. Sandra the host was always just a message away, even when the question was "what's the best restaurants around?" Most wonderful thing is definitely the pool and hot tub both was clean and absolutely very relaxing! You definitely will not be disappointed if you book this house for your next vacation!

Beautiful and Clean Oasis

This is a great vacation home! It’s newly renovated, beautifully decorated, well equipped, and very clean! The beds are cozy and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could need to cook your own meals. The outdoor space is perfect! We all loved the pool, hot tub, and outdoor lounge space. We brought our dog and it was so nice to have a fenced in back yard for her. The sauna looks nice too but we did not use it. We will definitely stay at this property again when we vacation in the area!

After a long drive, opening the door to this beautiful home was very refreshing. There was a sign to greet us. The pool was amazing and our girls loved every minute of it. We had a small issue, we reached out to our host and it was taken care of within hours. Coming back after being away all day doing things, it was so comfortable to relax and just enjoy the house. We couldn’t have ask for a better place to stay during our trip. We will definitely be reaching about again when we visit next time.

Everything was great!

Everything at this home was as it was described. It was clean, well-stocked, and in excellent condition. The beds were especially comfortable and I appreciated that ceiling fans were provided in the bedrooms. Sandra was a very responsive host and kept us informed as we moved through our reservation and stay. I would love to return and stay again in the future.

Beautiful Home with Backyard Oasis

We absolutely loved this home, especially the backyard oasis (pool, hot tub, and lounge area). Property is fully renovated with updated furnishings and has super comfy beds. We spent a lot of time outside in the backyard, in the heated pool. The home is as beautiful and clean as the pictures online. We did not have any issues, everything was working and the host was very responsive/communicated well with us throughout the trip. The process to check in and out was very smooth... We will definitely book with them again.

Beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood within a 1/2 hour of most places and very close to stores.

The home is gorgeous! Stunning decor and beautifully staged upon walking in. The living room furniture isn’t very comfortable, but who plans to sit in the living room when they are in Florida. The pool and hot tub were fantastic! Each of the three bedrooms have a comfy king bed. The master bedroom has a wonderful walk in closet and sitting area! The home is well stocked with nearly everything you may need during your stay, only thing we discovered missing was tongs for inside to flip out bacon. The bathroom vents could use a cleaning but otherwise the home is spotlessly clean. Check in is easy just different for the lock process to access the home. Having a garage was nice and onsite laundry was great. The owners are very attentive and communicate everything you need to know and are very friendly and responsive to any inquiries.

Seminole FL Getaway

This is the first time booking with VRBO and first time booking a home ever. Ms Sandra has set the bar very high. Very quiet neighborhood - newly renovated. The home includes not only a private pool and hot tub, but a sauna as well. Sandra has well stocked the home with everything imaginable for the kitchen, including a very generous quantity of dinner and cookware, utensils and cleaning supplies. Both bathrooms are well stocked with paper and personal hygiene supplies. Even hair dryers and curling irons. The home is well lit with both ceiling LED and traditional lamps. Wi-Fi is high quality with no bandwidth issues. We appreciated the no-step shower in the master bath, as my wife uses a walker for mobility. We brought our shower chair along, which fit no problem in the shower, keeping my wife safe. The safety rail for entry and exit from the pool was essential. We used the grill a few times, which is in great condition. The poolside chairs and lunges are also in great shape and plentiful. The home furniture and overall decor is warm and welcoming. Plenty of towels, dish towels, and wash clothes. Full sized washer and two dryers. There are plenty of pool and beach items, to include beach chairs, an ice chest and pool/beach toys. Sandra responds quickly to any inquiry and proactively checks in via VRBO messenger to ensure we are OK or if we have any issues. She addressed one of our concerns before we committed to the booking. Definitely booking with Sandra again!
