Kick back and relax in a BRAND NEW stylishly designed 3-bedroom house in one of the most coveted neighborhoods in Oakland, CA (7 mins drive from DT Oakland, 20 mins drive from DT San Francisco, and 50 mins from Napa).
This exquisite house offers an immersive indoor and outdoor entertainment space for premium enjoyment. The indoor space comes with 360 surround sound and 77 inches Oled TV for the best movie experience. Complementarily, the patio comes with a hot tub, projector, and firepit.
The space
This house has a separate entrance, a keypad lock for self-check-in, all-around hardwood floors, and brand-new appliances. As someone who loves arts and interior decor, I carefully decorated this space to give you both a luxe and chic feel!

The property was exquisite, as-advertised. It was extremely spacious with countless amenities (TV, games, hot tub, workout equipment, washer/dryer, and more). Best of all, it was quiet and very clean! We had no issues during our stay and would definitely book this property again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this property! It was a pleasant and enjoyable stay for our family. All amenities, cleanliness and ease of use were appreciated and respected alike. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the atmosphere and direct neighbors were friendly. The firepit and ambiance together with the hot tub was enjoyable for all ages. Thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

This spot was fab for a family visit to the Bay

My family was visiting from out of town and so we needed a bigger spot to host. Let me tell you, the pictures don’t do this spot justice! It is fab and the host is super helpful. We love to cook and the kitchen + grill made it easy to share some special meals. And the backyard for golden hour was 👌 Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Spring Break Getaway

We had a wonderful time and could not have been happier with our accommodations! The property was perfect, however, I would note that it is the top level of a duplex that you are sharing. From the location being central to all of the places we wanted to visit on this trip to the home comforts that were exquisitely decorated and made us feel extremely welcome we would definitely consider renting it again. Really enjoyed our time in California.

When my friends and I arrived late after a long day of travel, it was a mess. Clearly whomever stayed prior to us had a party or something. We were so exhausted and did not have the energy to move to a new place. I called the owner and told him it was obvious the cleaners didn't come and that it was ok and that I would wash all the sheets and towels. Clearly I made a mistake with that choice. Later when we went to bed and pulled back the bed sheet that we thought was clean there were garbage bags. It was nasty. Hair on the walls in the bathroom. Wires hanging out of the place where a safety detector clearly use to be. Several lights were out. We got through the night and the next morning it was hust too much for us. The reviews were so great. Anyway I do understand that things happen. I felt very unsafe there. We left the next morning. I'm still waiting for my refund and we had to spend a lot of money to last minute book the next stay. Thank you for your help with this matter.Sincerely,Holly Bromaghim 4157303809

Spacious and comfortable modern home

Pros: friendly communication w owner Owner let us in early modern home w modern amenities Solid cleaning team who we met Hottub worked (however some jets didn’t work) Amazing backyard Great entertainment system Plenty spacious for 3 people Great security system Washer dryer Comfortable beds Very nice kitchen Cons: hottub water was not clear and temp was locked at 99 Could use better instructions for fire pits—by the fire pit We were unclear on the wine, so could probably use notes close to wine fridge Note: there is mother in law type apartment directly adjacent to the , so you may or may not have neighbors. You may be sharing parking w them but we could never hear them and the houses are not connected internally in any way. Lovely comfortable home After busy days in SF.
