Austin in style!!!

Great time with good friends. This house exceeded every expectation. We were near everything we wanted to do. We were inspired by the simplicity and functional design of this space. It made our time in Austin feel like we were in a designer's dream. PERFECT! Highly recommend!!

Doesn't Get Any Better Than This.

We rented this property for the weekend of ACL, and here is a quick rundown of our experience: 1. The House: Amazing. An architectural / design masterpiece. Straight out of Dwell magazine. The photos allow a slight insight into the well thought-out space, but the detail cannot be appreciated until having been seen in person. The furnishings are very comfortable. The open layout of the kitchen + living room = smooth transition from breakfast at the table to sipping coffee on the couch, all while reading the paper and/or watching game day on the large flat-screen TV. The back porch is ideal for relaxing with some good music and drink of choice on those nice Texas evenings. The house is very well insulated and easy to keep at a desired temperature. The tankless water heater is priceless. 2. The Owners: Super Awesome! Very down to earth and accommodating. Aware of what guests need and provide it. Making the reservation couldn't have been easier, and we were met upon our arrival to Austin with a bright smile and concise introduction to the essentials of our home away from home. They even printed out a personalized guide to local restaurants and attractions, which was a really nice touch. 3. The Location: Close to Everything. Granted, we spent most of our time at Zilker Park, which is less than a mile in walking distance, but we took time to check out the lay of the land. A short cab ride will get you anywhere you want to be. Congress and Lamar are lined with a sundry of shops and restaurants, and Sixth Street / downtown is just minutes away. 4. The Bottom Line: Top of the Line. My friends and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable Austin experience. Every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations.

The free standing casita has full bath, loft bed, work space, living area, plus outdoor shower. 1500 sf main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Large open kitchen / dining / living area. Heated pool / hot tub. Outdoor dining area. Large deck with ping pong table. 2 kayak free for your use.
