La piscine vous donnera l'impression d'être dans un complexe! Une finition haut de gamme, un bel art et un mobilier somptueux en font cet espace de vie de luxe.

Cette maison est gérée professionnellement par le club des locataires, fournissant le premier service de gestion de location de luxe d'Austin. De l'enquête au départ, le Club des Locataires est disponible pour répondre à tous vos besoins. Notre objectif est de connecter nos clients à la culture vibrante d'Austin en organisant et en conservant un portefeuille élevé de maisons. Nous sommes ravis d'être votre hôte.

This house was incredible. We were able to sleep 13 very comfortably. Pool and whirpool were great with amazing views of the Colorado River. Everything met our expectations and more. The only issue was trying to get early check-in, I followed up a bunch of times and never received a confirmation if we were able to or not. 10/10 would still recommend for any large group for a weekend getaway!

Very tired home. Cabinetry off hinges. Bathtub wouldn’t hold water as there was no stopper etc. Outside pool furniture very dirty and the video we took of the pool and hot tub says it all. Beds and sheets were clean and comfortable.

Very beautiful home!!! We enjoyed the backyard and the views from the picturesque point. It was private and spacious. The home was clean with lots of room for a big group. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and extremely helpful. We had a wonderful time!

The home is beautiful and we loved the location!! Plenty of space for our whole family to hang out, play games, and eat. There were some minor items we asked about, I didn’t feel like I got the quickest response but nothing that ruined our stay. Could have been a little cleaner but overall the place was amazing and we would come back for sure.

Flawless weekend trip

The property itself is beautiful and views are stunning. Comms with property management were quick as well. It's a little far from downtown Austin but would definitely recommend this place to future guests!

Wonderful stay

Picturesque point is definitely an appropriate name for this house. Beautiful stay. We had a few families with small children for this stay and the house was large enough for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. Great indoor and outdoor areas. Would stay again

Beautiful views, awesome pool

Home is very spacious. So many spots outside to enjoy coffee, cocktails, meals, nature. Kitchen is huge but could use a few items like big sauté pans and pot holders. Loved the pool and all the pool accessories available with nearby shower, restroom and lots of towels. Outdoor speakers could make a nice addition or a TV. Overall couldn't beat the views of the Colorado River and enjoyed birdwatching from patio.

Beautiful property

This is definitely a beautiful property. Like others have said, needs some major work on the outside and the pool needs work. We still had a wonderful time for thanksgiving with our family. Thank you for letting us stay here. The views are gorgeous!

The place was great for a small family reunion for my mom‘s 75th birthday. There was plenty of space for us. They had everything you needed in the kitchen. The pool and views were wonderful. A few things that didn’t work (e.g. dryer, air hockey table puck, 2 rollaways) but they responded incredibly quickly and we really didn’t need those things so it didn’t detract from the stay. I’m sure they’ll be resolved before the next person. I’d recommend this place.

Great place to relax and work

We loved the house and the space. The views were amazing! it did lack a little dusting upstairs and we had issues with the garbage disposal working during our entire stay. otherwise, would rent again!

Solid spot - but a ways out

Really beautiful views and an amazing pool. Easily accommodated 10 people with beds and rollaways. The location is pretty for the views but is 30-40 min from downtown Austin and it will take drivers a minute to get there. TVs are not set up for any streaming or live sports. Host is communicative and responsive. It’s an awesome place that could probably use a deep clean.

Lovely view! Great house.

The house was large and well appointed. We were very comfortable. Geraldo the property manager was very responsive to our issues and addressed them swiftly. The pool is nice, a little worn. But the view is wonderful. Plenty of parking, and an easy 20 min drive to downtown.

Great views and responsive manager

The location and views are great. The property was clean and well appointed. We cooked several meals and had everything we needed for that. Each bathroom included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and clean towels. The views and outdoor area was exceptional. There is the normal wear and tear you would expect with a rental property but overall was beautiful. It was a lengthy Uber ride to downtown (20 minutes or so) but the property is worth it.

Beautiful property

This house was lovely and the location was great. You do have a slight drive to get to most things, but it’s not terrible. The master bed was so comfortable. The layout is great as well. My only suggestion would be that the owner needs to get a larger coffee pot. We had 6 people trying to get coffee in the mornings and the coffee pot is only a two cup pot (there weren’t an K-Cups for the Kerig).

The views are worth it

The house is beautiful, the back patio could use some sprucing but was nice. The fire table outside was not functioning. The master bedroom deck felt unstable. There were carpenter ants in the kitchen. Otherwise, overall it was a great stay. Will definitely be back
