Points faibles : Propreté, arrivée, communication et exactitude de l’annonce.
The address first given was wrong and was a church. The house was dirty, poorly maintained. Hot water was non existent. The most disturbing thing was in one of the beds was a Viagra pill. Our son & daughter in law found it after the first night they had slept in the bed. Absolutely disgusting. This means the sheets were never changed from previous stay. This house, owner & host should be removed from VRBOWe left a day early due to the fact of how disgusting the house was. We were visiting Austin with our family for our daughter’s wedding.

The house was perfect for me and my daughter and 8 of her friends celebrating her birthday! The house is even more beautiful in person and perfectly set up for vacationers of this size. The furniture, beds, pillows, bedding, TV's, AC, furniture, pool, top level balcony view and available kitchen appliances & supplies were extremely nice and made the stay so comfortable. We all loved it! The only thing I would recommend for travelers to consider is that there is really not a well sized kitchen pantry to store extra food items that you want to bring. Any other complaints I had were probably situational but I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking to be close to everything in Austin. I would stay here again!

It’s fantastic to hear that you enjoyed the pool, balcony views, comfortable beds and furnishings, entertainment, AC, and well-equipped kitchen. We also appreciate your helpful feedback about the kitchen pantry. We’ll certainly keep that in mind as we look for ways to make the home even more convenient for larger groups. It was a pleasure hosting you all, and we’re delighted you’d recommend the home and stay with us again. We’d love to welcome you back to Austin!
