Nice place, great location, fantastic views

Wonderful views of the Gulf in a great location on 30a. Condo was clean and just as advertised.Lots to see and do, the only real negative is how crowded the beach gets in peak times like summer. Be prepared to get up before 7 to get a spot on the beach.

The condo was perfect, excellent view, the beds were very comfortable which is sometimes hard to find in places...... The only problem was the dryer door would not stay closed!

Great but needs improvement

We had another great stay but there were some issues • The doormat needs to be replaced • The mop was dirty when I arrived and needed to be washed •There was no broom •The bed skirt needs to be washed it has stains •The stainless steel pot was very dirty and unusable until I deeply cleaned it. • guest bathroom sink was clogged Little things like that add up and make you question how clean the apartment is truly. Would definitely consider staying again, but probably would find a little bit of a nicer apartment.

Location location location!

The best for getting to the beach easily! I loved the private access right from the condo elevators. And the hoses to clean off sand right outside were super helpful. The pool was lovely as well when you needed a beach break. The staff seemed to keep the lobby and sand hose off area really tidy; they were always cleaning! Pizzaria across the street was yummy and easy access. Probably the cheapest way to feed a family too. The only things I would improve would be to add a drying rack (between the beach and the pool, we always had a lot of things drying) and remove some of the decor off surfaces so you can more easily open your suitcases. We ended up moving decor off of dressers for more room. But that was it! Seriously, it is an amazing location. I love waking up early every morning and walking to see the sunrise while the rest of the family snoozed. It made it easy to go too and from the beach if you forgot something.

Review

When we first walked up to our unit the door mat was so worn and dirty looking. And the door knob was all rusty which made us not want to touch it. There were crumbs on the living room rug. The balcony had a lot of broken pieces of rust. It was chunky and must have come off the chairs or table. We had to immediately sweep the balcony. In the suite bathroom there were pieces of rust that maybe came off the botto m of the toilet paper holder. Other than those things the unit was nice. Would I stay here again, of course, because we have stayed here many times and have never had issues. Hopefully these things can be resolved. Whoever owns this unit can easily buy a rug and door knob since those are the first impression items.
