Property and location perfect for us. I have 2 improvements I would suggest, the table on. balcony is tall and chairs are short, so can't use. Also, fitted king sheet is too shallow (pockets) for mattress, doesn't stay on, frustrating to have to adjust during night, GET BIGGER SHEETS! Other than that, very pleased!

Disappointing Condo

While the location and views were fantastic, the condo we stayed in was extremely disappointing. It is in desperate need of updating. Kitchen appliances are old, a cupboard door didn't even close, and the sink is rusty. The bed linens don't fit properly. The tub filled with water during a shower. The sofa was old and stained, and ottomans were saggy. For the high cost of this rental, we were very disappointed and do not recommend.

Sun of a Beach

Property was as described in listing and pictures. Conveniently located on the beach and near shops and restaurants. The pool was a nice respite from the busy public beach to cool down in fresh water. Chairs and umbrella rental available right on the property, but make sure you get on the beach early to mark your spot as you will compete with the rest of the beach goers. Only downside: We had AC issues 2 of the 4 days we were there. Local maintenance was responsive but required a 3rd party HVAC company to be called twice, which meant, some less desirable temps and humidity in our unit. It was finally resolved our last afternoon we were there.

A few repairs

Master bath light were not working when we arrived. It was an easy fix but took us to the second day to find the main GFI circuit was in the spare bath. The master bath tub does don’t drain correctly, so it collects water during a shower and it takes awhile to fully drain. The kitchen faucet must be held in a certain position before it will turn off completely and stop dripping. This condo has a beautiful beach view but the windows were so dirty you could not enjoy it unless the doors were left open.

Too Hot to Handle

Everything about this unit was great except the A/C was out 2 of the 4 days. Local maintenance was responsive but struggled to get HVAC to work properly on some of the hottest days. HVAC company was called out twice before issue resolved.

Very pleased, few improvements suggested......

The sheets are too small for the bed, fitted pocket sheet isn't deep enough! Annoying, woke up several times tangled and having to fix. Small thing but would make a big difference. Also, table on patio is a highbar, chairs are low, so you need higher chairs to reach or a lower table. Door hinges messed up on front door, wouldn't close, did a temp fix but needs to be addressed!
